Looking Back:
I'm not particularly fond of this strip. The effects are pretty bad, although I suppose they were ok considering my skill level and the software I was using at the time. I mean, MS Paint isn't much for convincing motion blurs or deforming objects to look like they're falling or broken. Mainly, I just don't find this strip all that funny anymore. Although it's the readers' opinions that really matter so hey, if you like it then I'm happy.
The basic premise is, that while throwing practice does improve aim, it's best to choose a target that can't be maimed, destroyed, or damaged in any way. Brendan and May aren't quite sure how to react to the busted sign so they just kind of slip off. Not exactly the responsible thing to do but, then again, it's just a random trainer tip sign so who would they tell anyway? It's not like there's a sign maker standing around.
