Looking Back:
Professor Birch, like lots of people, can be so caught up in what they consider to be a really great idea that they're sure everyone will love that they completely miss out on the dynamics of their audience. Brendan and May have pokédexs so why not give May's nice little cousin Xain one too so he and his cute friend can join in the quest. It's win, win right? Birch gets his completed pokédex and Bredan and May get some new friends to travel with. Or not... Although things didn't really turn out how Birch expected, in the long run the competition between the two groups might actually improve their chances of finishing their pokédexs just so they can beat their rivals. |
