Looking Back:
And it's a repeat of the joke from strips 31 and 35. Since there are three types of pokémon that appear in the tall grass around Littleroot and Oldale Towns, I figured I should do this once for each. But three times was definitely enough to get the point across and to show Brendan that random encounters can happen quite frequently. Wild pokémon really must enjoy getting beaten up by passing trainers, considering that seems to be about all that they ever do, at least in the frequently traveled areas. |
