#45 Trusting Ain't He?
First Comic Previous Comic Next Comic Today's Comic
Looking Back:
The PC, one of the most useful objects in the Pokémon games. Their main function is to convert objects such as items and pokémon into energy and store that energy digitally, while allowing for people to retrieve those items and pokémon later on. While items are stored in 'Your PC', pokémon (which must take a whole lot more storage space considering how much more complex they are than say, a potion) are stored in 'Someone's PC'. Well, actually you do meet the person running the storage system later in the game, which changes the name from Someone's PC to something a bit more personal. Still, you'd have to be pretty trusting to give your pokémon into the care of some mystery person. I suppose they must be certified by the Pokémon League or something because otherwise it seems like it would be really easy for some evil group to set up a fake storage system and swipe everyone's pokémon.
