Looking Back:
In the game, he really does tell you to face the water and pull when you get a bite. You'd think those would be pretty obvious, the facing the water thing especially. Then again, this is a video game. You can bet there are some players who will try every single ridiculous thing they can think of to find hidden secrets, glitch the game, etc. And then there are the players that are just dumb. One lesson you need to learn as a game designer is that if there's any way possible that players can mess something up, some of them will. |
