| Looking Back: In the Pokémon games, any time you're seen by another trainer, you're forced into a battle with them (unless you're in towns, which must be no fight zones or something). There's no real explanation for why they're determined to battle everyone they see or why you can't refuse the fight. For that matter, it's not like they have to fight you when you see them. It's just one of the many mysteries of the pokémon world. |
