| Looking Back: Can you see what's wrong with this strip? If you need a hint, go back and look at the previous strip. In the last panel of the previous strip everyone has already thrown their pokéballs but in the beginning of this strip they're holding them while doing the whole motion blur thing. I can't remember exactly how I missed that back when I made this strip but chances are I was either tired or in a hurry and just forgot exactly how the previous strip had ended. Cali has her electrike holding (or wearing) dark glasses, a hold item from that games that raise the power of dark type attacks. Which probably wouldn't do a whole lot of good on an electrike. But Cali is going for style over usefulness. Personally I'm not so sure that an electrike would look all that great wearing dark glasses but hey, you never know. |
