#334 Lovey-dovey what now?
First Comic Previous Comic Next Comic Today's Comic
Looking Back:
As I previously said, you can tell this guy whatever you want in response to his question. Or at least any combination of two words or phrases from the word list, since that's a lot simpler (and more PG) than letting players type in whatever words they can think of. There's actually a number of spots in the games where you can answer a NPC's question by picking words from the list. As such, there's a running joke in Pebble Version of Brendan and May picking random words from a piece of paper whenever they're not sure what to say, often with rather ridiculous results. I will note that Lovey-dovey Plush Dolls, and everything else Brendan and May come up with using the word list, are all actual answers you can give in the games. Though the NPC's reaction tends to be the same regardless of what you choose, so it's more for fun than anything else.
