Looking Back:
Here's another of my strategies for fitting four motion blurs in two panels. You may have noticed that I usually double the size of the characters in their motion blurs. That helps them better fill out the space and lets readers get a closer look at them. Early on, I used to do a lot of strips entirely at 200% magnification. However, I soon discovered that I just couldn't fit much in a panel at that size, so started keeping everything at the default size and saving 200% for special occasions, like motion blurs.

Pokemon and all related images and trademarks are copyrighted by Nintendo, one of my favorite games companies who would certainly never waste their time by trying to sue me. Especially since I'm protected under the Fair Use Rule of the United States Copyright Act of 1976. Aside from that the actual site content is copyrighted by me, Josiah Lebowitz 2003.
