Looking Back:
And we come to the second battle between Brendan and May and their annoying rivals. Unlike that battle with Team Aqua and Magma, I made sure there was plenty of space for the pokémon to move around on. This strip though, is just the setup. A lot of my bigger battles open with a decent bit of dialogue. Sometimes it's to set the scene. Sometimes it's because big battle strips take a long time to make and I want to delay them until I have more time. |
