Looking Back:
It's never very hard to identify a pokémon, seeing as their only form of communication is saying their own name. Well, it's easy in the anime and manga. The games, not so much as they insist on using garbled original Gameboy style sound effects for each pokémon's cry. While they had a good reason for that back in the earlier games, the fact that they're still doing it now, even with the DS and Wii games, is a a pet peeve of mine.
