Looking Back:
While you'll occasionally see characters carrying more than six pokémon around in the anime and manga, six is the maximum for official battles. So where do the rest go? Judging by the games, and a certain episode of the anime, they're automatically teleported away to your pokémon storage system of choice. I'm not sure why someone would go to all the trouble to build a system that monitors how many pokémon each trainer is carrying and automatically teleports away the extras, but you've got to admit that the technology behind it would be pretty cool. And, as Brendan learns, asking whether or not something is possible after it already takes place it kinda pointless. |
