Wow, that makes so much more sense now! In the game Xenosaga there's a girl named Momo and the villain always calls her something like "my peach." I never understood it 'til now, thanks Josiah!Josiah wrote:momo: peach

Momo means peach, huh? That's confusing, because in Avatar, the Fire Nation is based off of Imperial Japan, while the Air Nomads are based off of Tibetan monks. Meh, Aang's the one who named Momo, and he did travel 'round the world before he was frozen.

(Ichigo's nickname is due to his red hair (red hair, strawberry). Speaking of Saiyans, Goku is actually the carrot (his Saiyan name is Kakarot). All the Saiyans are named after vegatables. Kakarot = carrot. Vegeta = vegatable. Raditz = raddish. And the like. However, their names are based off the English names of vegatables, NOT the Japanese.)
