Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
((FYI, Your Pancreas (both what it is, and its name) left your body quite a long time ago and has become a recurring villian in this thread.))
Fortunately, that was just a hallucination brought about by drugs used to knock you out when you were kidnapped.

Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Fortunately, it's only temporary insanity.
Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Unfortunately, without the medication you still have the hallucinations that drive you insane

Time will tell, as things come
Come to it all, will never end
---------------------------------------------------
You will never know what my pain is untill its too late. Never for my heart to fall in pieces as with the blood that drips.

Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Fortunately, they no longer drive you insane because you have gotten used to them.

Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Unfortunately, now you have no way to tell whether something is a hallucination or something real.
Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Fortunately, reality isn't all that great (seeing as you're still Your Pancreas's prisoner and all) so it's nice to have an escape from reality.

Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Unfortunately, you are given the antidote to the drugs, thus bringing you back to normal craptastic reality.

Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Fortunately, you have a revelation, much like one people get after a near-death experience, and have a new desire to improve your present circumstances.
Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Unfortunately, Your Pancreas has you chained to the wall in a tiny prison cell, so you're unable to act on your grand designs.

Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Unfortunately, the process takes over a month and by the time they get you out you are starved and half-mad.

Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Fortuantely, you are taken to a nearby hospital and, after a few months, make a full recovery.

Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Unfortunately, you got an outrageous hospital bill and you don't have medical insurance.
Re: Fortunately, Unfortunately...
Fortunately, the fire returns and burns down the hospital before you get a chance to pay.
