I agree. Getting all 386 is a big pain as is. I don't own the GC game so I'll have to get them from my friend. Or cards...

But I doubt there's going to be a 3rd game for the Fire and Leaf versions, because that was a remake with a bunch of extra features so you could get all 386 on R/S

It's possible though, but I still doubt it

I know 500 dosn't seem doable but think, 386 pokemon isn't realy alot, now if I were to bring up the animals coegsisting with pokemon question then the awnser will probly be no, so then there would have to be millions of pokemon, and if there were pokemon since the begining of time then there real should be more also.

I know... look at Speal! And the ones that didn't resemble another Pokemon at all were really creepy (Ludicolo?! You've gotta be kiding me...).

And there IS going to be an Emerald Version, or should I say, there IS an Emerald Version already. It's been out in Japan for a while.

Well, when it comes down to it they kinda have to add new pok?mon which each new release. Still, you're right about R/S, a lot of the pok?mon were just copies of older ones they didn't put in the game. Personally I'd rather see them spend more time on evolving the gameplay than making more things to catch. Just imagine if pok?mon used a faster battle system like FFX's...

Yeah, they need at least a few new Pokemon to make the game a little more interesting. They didn't need 135 new Pokemon, though... all they REALLY need is new starters and new legendaries. Starters make it more interesting, legendaries are usually involved wioth the plot in some way. That's all they need, they've got almost 386 perfectly good Pokemon already in existance. (Notice the ALMOST is referring to the PERFECTLY GOOD-ness of SOME Pokemon...) Although a few more Dragon or Dark types couldn't hurt...

I agree with needing more Dragon and Dark. Add afew Ghosts in also. There is a 3rd for the LG/FR. It's called Thunder Yellow. That will be nice :)

Yeah, I saw Screenshots for it. Needless to say it's a remake of Yellow, which was actually quite a bit different from R/B/G, so in a way it'll be worth it... as long as they didn't kill that surfing Pikachu mini-game! That was the best, man... Er... They're probably considering not releasing it though, not many people would buy it if it's just a remake... but I know I would! Mwahahaha!
