| Looking Back: Brendan is considering one of life's great philosophical questions, the existence of free will. Of course, in his case, we know the answer. While you can debate the presence of free will in the real world, it's something that video game characters certainly don't have. Especially in linear titles like Pokémon where there's really only one way to progress through the games. |
