Looking Back:
The second strip, and my first attempt at special FX. The first strip had Brendan in the truck but I wasn't ready to take him out just yet, not without getting in more jokes. As many of you have already noticed, in the first panel the song the driver is singing is Weird Al's Truck Driving Song. Hilarious song. Moving on, I wouldn't call this one of my best strips but it's still somewhat amusing. The third panel was the first time I used the motion blur. Unfortunately, at this point I didn't have Phothoshop yet, just an old copy of Photoshop Elements, and I didn't really know what I was doing so it came out looking a little strange. The fourth panel, however, I'm pretty happy with and it showed me just how easy it was to play around with sprites. |
