Although caught off-guard by Nadira's eagerness to rush into battle, Thane recovered quickly and followed her up the stairs. Seeing that the battle was already underway, he decided to take a wait and see aproach. He could always step in if Nadira was in trouble, after all he didn't want one of his few allies injured or killed, but this would be a good chance to observe her fighting skills. Her unpredictability worried him though. While he thought the Jedi placed too little value on emotions, controlling them was still an important skill, one that Nadira had obviously not yet mastered.
((If Nadira is about to get seriously hurt Thane will join the battle.))

Nadira jumped back and avoided the strike. Their fierce battle continued on, with neither side even considering the possibility of giving in. Eventually, it reached its climax, with Nadira facing a certain loss. She was knelt over, clutching a light saber wound across her stomach.
Nirak looked down at her and raised his saber. Suprisingly, instead of striking the girl down, he deactivated his weapon and placed it away.
"W-what...?", Nadira asked, looking up at him with a confused expression.
"All right, enough. I'll agree to answer your questions, but for every question you ask me, you answer a question I ask you. Deal?", Nirak asked, glancing over at Thane.

"Agreed. Besides, I didnt plan on staying with him long. He's very pushy, and it irritates me.
I'll humor you with the first question. But I do warn you though, I am far more skilled with a saber than you believe me to be."

"Can't help you too much on that. His base isn't stationary, and he never lets me know. I can tell you this, I saw blueprints for the ship, and it looks like a spearhead." He said casually as he strolled toward Nadira.
"Now that I have answered that question truthfully, I expect this question in truth." He turned to Nadira. "How do you find me attractive... You never answered this earlier..."

Nadira glanced at Thane and then back to Nirak, feeling extremely uneasy in their current situation.
"I... For the most part, I fell for your Not-A-Care-In-The-World attitude. People in my position just can't afford that kind of attitude at all.", she replied, after a few moments of thinking about it.

"He's amassing an army. The soldiers are still very poorly trained, but he has them going through intense training. Especially on how to kill Jedis. That, and he has a few Sith apprentices lieing around.
Now, Thane, I'm curious. Why exactly did you leave the Order?"

"While I do respect the Order, I disagreed with some of their rules and beliefs and acted accordingly. As such, I got into frequent arguements with some of the other masters about my conduct. In the end, I got tired of it and decided that I could better serve the Force on my own, without having to deal with their regulations. Now, can you be more specific about this army? Types of troops? Ships? Numbers?"

"Everything is being conducted on one specific planet, the training, building, whatever. I've never been to the planet, nor has he told me the name, so I'm not for certain how many soldiers he has.
Nadira, you understand that if the council ever caught word of what we talked about, your life would be ruined?" He smirked shortly after saying.

{{GGGGGGAAHH. I posted hugely here days ago, but the post was lost....
Well, long story short, they met Gruum, the Celegian, but he denied them the information until they went to a podrace with him, since he seems to have a gambling problem, and friendship issues.}}
"Okay, what the hell is this?" said Wonkit to nobody. "I guess our Jedi got lost."
They stood in the cantina, after having looked for the wayward Jedi. "Damn, those Jedi are always getting themselves in to trouble....what did they do now?"

Stevenson's Vocabulary Word of the Week:
Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.
Stevenson's Latin Phrase of the Week:
Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.

"Yes, I understand that. But what could you possibly hope to gain by blackmailing me with the threat of leaking that information to them? You know that I have no money and I don't carry anything of value that you can barter for. Unless you're just going to continue being a jerk about it...?" Nadira's hands were shaking.
