I must say Eeeeee!, why? because I can! and as usual your sprites are cool.
In the meantime you think you could add Robin and Chopper in with Luffy and Zoro, in fact make the the whole crew... except that may take awhile so lets just stick with Robin and Chopper.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Well, thanks, but it really doesn't, and it's NOT an IPA, as I just said. It's a splice with no relation at all to IPA because if I released a sprite that had Ralts's hat thing tilted while Abra's head is facing forward I'd never forgive myself.

Because as far as I'm concerned, she's a Strawhat pirate too! She's just the only one with her priorities in order... Because you know there's something wrong when you put reading a couple of rocks before your life, you'd cut off your own feet to escape a block of wax, or you'd leave the crew and fight the captain over a ship. Er, possible spoilers aside...
I am not just trying to put off making the Usopp and Sanji sprites for fear that I won't do them justice. I actually suffer from I-can't-Sprite-Usopp-and-Sanji-because-I-more-than-likely-won't-do-them-justice disease. But it's not fear. I swear. That said, for no reason at all I also made a sprite of Lust from FMA.

Chances of it becoming an actual IPA are slim to none, because:
1. It would be the evolved form of an already existing IPA that automatically evolves into Gardeveot. If I were to release this, I'd have to drag evolution stones and divergent evolution into IPA, which would be a headache that I don't care to put up with.
2. It's going to be a long, long time before D/P Pokemon and attacks are used in IPA. I'm still not completely used to the sprite style, as you can see, and Swapi and Magneduo would be a big problem.
3. You requested it. I decide what IPA are released - you don't. This is a concept that, based on the fact that this is the second time you've asked for a particular splice to be added, I'm assuming you don't understand. Give it a rest already.

Oh yeah, and sorry about switching around the Altaraptor... but those two are so completely incompatible it's ridiculous. If I wanted to use Altaria as the base, all the edits would pretty much have to have been scratch, which would have been less than pleasant. So there's that.

that. sprite. is. COOL!!!!!! its to bad it won't be in IPA, but, hey, you call the shots there.
edit: Could you make a Gardevoir/Dialga sprite? If thats to difficult, then howabout a Gardevoir/Lucario sprite? I just want see it because your sprites are awsome, nomatter how bad you think they are.

I know, I know, it's about time... I kind of just kept putting it off because I don't like working with D/P sprites. I need the practice, though, I suppose...
And all my other recent spritework has been for IPA.
