((You forgot to subtract the damage from your Life Points.))
*Draws.*
Booyah.
I summon Tenkabito Shien!
Tenkabito Shein
Fire
4 Star
1500/1000
Pyro/Effect: This card is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards
Now, I attack your monster with Tentakabito, and I don't have to guess since he's unaffected by Ordeal of Traveller!
Anything you'd like to do?
LP: 7900
Hand: 1
Cards: Maha Vailo AP (1550), Tenkabito Shien AP (1500), 1 set monster, Swords of Revealing Light (1 turns), Spell Absorption

((I didn't take any damage earlier, your attack hit a monster in defense position.))
I'm going to go ahead and activate Gravity Bind although I suppose it won't stop that thing... Then again... The wording on that card is kinda weird. If it was completely immune to traps I'd think it would say "this card is unaffected by trap cards" instead of "the effects of trap cards". Seems like blanket stuff like Gravity Bind might still stop it. But, there don't appear to be any official rulings on the card yet so I suppose it hits.
You done with your turn?
LP: 1650
Hand: 5
Cards: Ordeal of a Traveler, Gravity Bind

(I think Gravity Bind does work on Tenkabito. Guess it's too late noe that he's destroyed your monster. Let's just say that he can't attack anymore until Gravity Bind is destroyed.)
*Swords of Revealing Light is destroyed!*
*Draws.*
I summon Yomi Ship!
Yomi Ship
Water
3 Star
800/1400
Aqua/Effect: When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, destroy the monster that destroyed this monster.
I attack you directly with Yomi Ship!
The card in the middle is a Trap.

((Actually, Tenkabito didn't destroy a monster since I didn't have one, it just hit me directly. So, if you think Gravity Bind does work on it, I'll just give myself those LP back.))
Nope, it's a monster. Yomi Ship goes back to your hand.
Gonna do anything in main phase 2?
LP: 3150
Hand: 5
Cards: Ordeal of a Traveler, Gravity Bind, 1 set S/T

I rolled a 1, so you go first.
Not that it really matters because I would have made you go first anyway otherwise I would break my I-must-never-go -first-on-pain-of-death routine
