Er... The problem here is that now we know it's not Stevenson or Neo Zanther because they joined after the Mafia was decided...
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I find Cheesey to be highly annoying and I won't deny it. It's common knowledge. So wouldn't it be too obvious? I'm not THAT stupid.

Hmm... I actually had the same hunch as Neo, but now I'm not too sure. The mafia could be framing Silver with the well-known fact that Silver doesn't like Cheezdude all that much.
I vote Poikspirit. The grudge started and grew in the Games topic, and as far as I know, Poikspirit posts there the most (apart from me, Silver who I'm defending, Cheez who is dead, and sims who isn't even playing), and would have the best idea of how deep the relationship ran between the two.
