Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Four times effectiveness'd! Cateron fainted! Torchrill gained EXP!

(You get an IPA Ball when one of your IPA evolves, and the only way to get your first 500 IC is to beat Roxanne - from there, you can buy a Star Dust Coin, which somehow causes Wild IPA to drop IC. ...Er, actually, you could use your IPA Ball to catch a Meowbone, which learn Pay Day at 3 wins, so I guess Roxanne isn't the only way to get the first of your cash... anyway.)
