Challenge Fight 1: ROM4 Opal

[Shadowman]

"Target practice! Thank you."

Shi aimed and fired, Opal's right cheek was immediately grazed by the comparatively small shot, starting to drip blood from it.

"Almost..."

[Celebifly]

Opal brushed her cheek. Time for action She quickly flew zig-zaggly in the sky, popping out an energy spiral here and there.

[Shadowman]

"Meh...looks like guns aren't that fun after all. Oh well."

Hir railgun disappeared as shi started to float backward into a ripple in the air, vanishing in it. The ripples immediately ceased after, leaving Opal alone for a few seconds.

[Celebifly]

Maximum looked around and saw that Sally was appearing and disappearing.
She swung around in the air, still moving side to side. Where are you.... She prepared an energy spiral.

[Shadowman]

An air distortion occured not very far behind Opal, and Sally dashed out of it.

Hir arms were extended and shi was spinning around, giving off the feeling of torpedoing hir target while a force field was around hir body, preventing all attacks from reaching hir but more importantly making the ramming more deadly.

Regardless of if shi hit Opal or not, shi vanish in another ripple only a few metres ahead of Opal, only to reappear from a different angle and repeat the attack.

(force field.....how lovely....)

Maximum caught a glint of Sally just in time, shifting forward and upwards, jsut barely getting hit.

The ripple was coming back, but this time she was preparing herself.

[Shadowman]

This time Sally appeared and dashed twice as fast as in the first attack, using hir sheer momentum to cause blunt damage if possible.

[Celebifly]

Maximum inclosed herself with her wings. "Sneaking thirstledown!" Just as Sally hit, she imploded into feathers, re-appearing behind her.
"Energy spiral!" She shot the attack straight at her back.

[Shadowman]

Just as Opal fired her spiral, Sally did a half-loop and crashed right on Opal's head, sending her plummeting.

"Taste your own spamming!"

Shi charged hir hand with power and unleashed it in a barrage of icy missiles, literally chaingunning the whole area under hir.

[Celebifly]

Maximum stretched out her wings at full max, gliding herself before she could touch the icy field.
"Ow..." She held her head. Geeze, why can't I even make her bruise? UNFAIR! She thought (-brick'd from Shadowman-) She flew around in an uneven pattern, growing an energy ball at full max, shooting it at her, followed by several more.

[Shadowman]

Sally's missiles homed on Opal, making their dodging more difficult but not impossible.

Hir voice resonated in Opal's head: "Because you're not supposed to hurt me, duh."

The barrage stopped then Sally started concentrating, making Opal's vision starting to be wavy though she could feel her energy coming back. The counterattacks didn't bother hir in the slightest: they were all reflected back at their caster.

[Celebifly]

Maximum dodged the missiles, faking a left, making two colliding with each other.
Cranking up her neck, she saw the energy spirals coming back to her. Then, her sight went all screwy. Ah man - I don't want to wear contacts again! She dizzly flew upwards, barely evoiding them.

[Shadowman]

Sally kept hir concentration, Opal's vision remaining a little wavy but her energy being restored faster and faster.

A grin formed itself on the cloaked one's face.

[Celebifly]

Maximum eased her wings as she tried her best to concentrate her focus.

Sally stood still in the air while hir opponent's mana resplenished itself at a scary rate, Opal feeling that the air started getting hot suddenly.
