I thought I was gonna fight the RP Moen. Seems like comic Moen wouldn't be much of a match for ROM 4 Josiah...

Hum...okay, you can fight the RP Moen, but I will have to make him a little like the one I developed for the comic cos I kinda forgot all RP Moen's moves...^_^'

Unless you would like to battle ROM 4 RP Shauni?

Eh, go ahead and pick, I'll battle any of them (Shauni, Moen, or Comic Moen). Just keep in mind how strong ROM 4 Josiah is with all his monsters and stuff. Wouldn't want too short of a battle.

You don't really create a character (Though I think you can), you can use a character you have from an RP.
