((The Boss would still be no match for Tifa in a martial arts fight.))

Light, until the bulb burns out.

Blue or Red?

Red=blood/fire. Blue=Water/Water

Water washes blood and put's out fire. I think we know who wins this fight. (And blue's my favorite color >_>)

Reggis or Kelly?

Assuming you mean Regis, with one g, then Regis. He's way senior to Kelly, he did it with Cathy Lee for like a century.
Stevenson's Vocabulary Word of the Week:

Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.

Stevenson's Latin Phrase of the Week:

Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.

Unfortunately, I think most people would rather scream "Waagh!" than contribute to the greater good.

Ar because you can make Arrrrr with it, which is basic pirate speech, even if ninjas best them.

A Quick Bowman. He'll take the warrior-man out before he realizes he's under attack. ...Of course, that's counting on the warrior having a serious delayed reaction problem.

Mash's Ed Elric avatar or my Ed Elric avatar?
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Silver's, considering that Mash just changed his avatar and all.

The Encyclopedia, because it has pictures besides information on things. Unfortunately, even that isin't enough to defeat a pornographic magazine.

Settling the great debate of Pirates or Ninjas once and for all, Naruto uses his 00ber over powered Kyubi Ninja skills to gently tap Devil's fruit power pirate Luffy into the ocean where he sinks like a witch tied to a boulder and holding a bowling ball. And drowns of course because Sasuke scared the rest of the crew off with his emo crap.

That unessecarily long answer or the shorter 'Naruto > Luffy' option?
