I'm a friend of Simeon's... He invited me here, and I was interested in the RP section, so I joined.
... As for me.. Uhm.. My main alias elsewhere is Tesseract... As far as interests go, I've become rather fond of the Naruto anime as of late, I'm an avid Lord of the Rings fanatic, Pirates of the Carribean is a main theme I like, and I collect Bionicle sets / books.
... Talk about variety. O_o;
I may be pretty quiet at first.. don't take that as if I don't like you guys or something, though. ^^; I'm just a tad bit shy. Once I get used to the surroundings, I'll probably be posting more. ^_^

Regardless, you better not bail on us like most n00bs! They post like twice and then we never see 'em again... you should at least post in the games section/Son of Saying Hi to Josiah topic every once in a while.
And if you haven't already, go watch Fullmetal Alchemist. Because it's the best. Seriously. And at the moment I'm admittedly unhealthily obsessed. ...Is it normal to draw transmutation circles all over your chemistry notes...?

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

... We have been compared before, and we are pretty similar. But Simeon tends to get in over his head on more things than I do, among other differences. I've known him for... Two years now, I think? Something like that. We've rubbed off on each other.
And don't worry about the bailing thing. I stick around forums that I join. ^_^ Just may be quiet for a few days. School will be a limitation, honestly, but I can still probably stick my head in once or twice every night.
As far as Fullmetal Alchemist goes, yes, I should start watching it sometime soon.. Seen a couple episodes before.. Having caught up with Naruto, I think it'll be next on my list, if I'm not forced to watch Inuyasha first.
