You think splash would actually do something if it WAS IN WATER....

anyways... I think magikarp came from that whole japanese legend of the fish that swam to the something of dragons and became a dragon or something.... (not 100% sure and this is just an assumtion)

Ditto isn't that useful (I like the thing though) but really using the monsters own type against itself isn't that useful , I mean with planning and much knowledge it could come in handy , but....

Ratata- I know they can learn alot of TMS but really I find them useless cept in red/blue to just get past early gyms...

Shedninja- 1 hp ... yes I know it has the restistance thing ,but it never works when you need it too....
I was browsing Amazon the other day and I saw a robot uprising survival guide. Upon checking this guide I saw an audio CD version I smirked and laughed at the irony.

Magikarp may be useless on his own, but atleast he evolves into something much better. Goldeen on the other hand is a Magikarp with looks that evolves from what should normally be female, to what should normally be male. Wierd huh?

It's a tie between Luvdisc and sunkern. Luvdisc just because it sucks {you should read thepokemonchick's review of it} and sunkern because it actually has the lowest stats in the game.

HA HA IBUN. YOU'RE HILLARIOUS.

It seems that unlike the general population I have nothing against Magikarp. I've purposefully bought the $500 Magikarp in the Pokemon Center by Mt. Moon and gotten it to level 15 (which is when it learns Tackle) before proceeding to kick Team Rocket's butt with it... and whichever starter I happened to be using. Mostly whichever starter I happened to be using.

Well, I think it's pretty obvious who I think the most Useless Pokemon is. I'm not even going to bother telliSWELLOWSWELLOWSWELLOWng you. All you need to know is thaSWELLOWSWELLOWt it's blue, annoying, weSWELLOWSWELLOWak, and a bird.

Luvdisc sucks too, and I'm not overly fond of Feebas. It takes forever to catch, and for what? A Pokemon that learns the same attacks as Magikarp and evolves into something not even half as cool as Gyarados.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I never really found a single member of my party useless...
Maybe because I shoved Cabos down their throats...
But one that sucks, I have to say, was Ekans. SO ANNOYING! In the olden games, yeah it had wrap, but it did like no damage. I never really liked them. Only good when they reach Arbok.

You clearly do not remember the fight with youngster right after pewter city in red. He kept using wrap, and there was no way I could survive....couldn't do anythink....no...attacking...ever...*dies again just thinking about it*

Ditto is awesome simply because of its uses in breeding.

How about Slakoth. Sure it evolves but in its base form...

Slakoth rules.....and I am sick and tired of people saying that of all of them, vigoroth is the only one worth using.Slakoth {early game} and slaking {;ate game} are both great pokemon!

My vote is still in for luvdisc.

Luvdisc clearly becuase it has the lowest stats without having a specal ability (comparing it to Ditto and Smeargle).

Besides, Ditto rocks. It's my main breeder in Emerald. And I was bored and raised it to level 50 and teamed it up with Espeon and Houndoom to create a team which rocked in those tents.

Eh? Wrap was impossible to escape, but it's damage was really too low to worry about...
Well, at least in my opion...

But you have to admit, in the case of Slakoth at least, it's hard to justify the turns wasted loafing around... Slaking may be able to handle it, but unless severely over leveled (by which point it probably would have evolved already anyway) Slakoth can't really deal with all the extra damage.

Still more useful than Luvdisc and the Pokemon described in my last post that was to reSWELLOWmain nameless, though...

Other pokemon I'm not too fond of are a majority of the bug type. Heracross, Scyther, Scizor, and Pinsir are acceptions, because of how durable they can be. Any other bug pokemon just seem useless no matter how strong they get. Oh sure, Butterfree and Venomoth can learn psychic attacks and would be pretty useful early in the game, but later in the game, it's better to just exchange either (Or both) for an Alakazam or Gengar. Hell even Golem is better than those two.
