To Josiah: Does the comic ever changes its sprites to Fire Red/Leaf Green or some other Pokemon game?

Image "Well, I don't want to give too much away but let's put it this way. There is a chance of it happening but it would be for a very specific story reason (I wouldn't just decide to randomly switch sprite sets) and if it happens it won't be for a long time."

Always liked the leafgren girl better than any other sprite....Anyway,

Brendan; Don't you find it odd that Mew is so rare tha nobody-not even the pokedex-knows what it is?
Stevenson's Vocabulary Word of the Week:

Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.

Stevenson's Latin Phrase of the Week:

Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.

Image "Definitely, although there isn't really anything I can do about it. I suppose I could ask May's dad next time I see him since he's a big pok?mon researcher and all. Speaking of that, maybe I should check the pok?dex again, it has been a while..."

Josiah do you actually intend them to catch all 386 pokemon (Or all the Hoenn pkmn) are there going to be any issues with "versions " and what not?
I was browsing Amazon the other day and I saw a robot uprising survival guide. Upon checking this guide I saw an audio CD version I smirked and laughed at the irony.

No house guy: If you never had a house ( and never noticed it) where did you sleep?
Sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please check by tommorow to hope it's repaired. Thank-you for you patience.<br> Sincerely, Soren.

Image "If you look back at the old pok?dex entry strips, you'll see that Brendan and May are using the National Dex. In fact, May speifically switched Brendan's pok?dex from Hoenn mode to National mode in one of them.

How many they catch really just depends on how long the comic runs. At very least, I'd like to continue Pebble Version until Brendan and May beat the Elite Four, catch the Hoenn legendaries, deal with the Black Suit Guys, learn more about Mew, and wrap up some other upcoming plot points that I don't want to spoil. So, as long as there isn't some big real life thing that prevents me from taking the comic to that point, Brendan and May will complete their Hoenn dex and might very well have a few other pok?mon as well thanks to some of those afore mentioned plot points.

Now, I do have some ideas for continuing the comic after all the above mentioned stuff is finished. Whether or not I do it will likely just depend on what my life is like when it comes time to make the decision. I like doing PV (most of the time anyway) but it's a fairly time consuming hobby and, for now anyway, I'm not making any significant amount of money from it. So, unless that changes, it'll really depend on how much free time I have. Anyway, if the comic continues after the whole Ruby/Sapphire story arc ends then yes, it's quite likely that Brendan and May will catch all 386 pok?mon.

Image "I don't even know when they brought the TV in here. But, it's not like there were any other challengers for them to fight and they've all seen me battle lots of times... Not that they didn't have other things to do. I did talk to them about that after the battle."

Brawly: Why do you want to have your gym in so far-away Dewford Town? Have you considered relocating it to Slateport city which is bigger and more populated?

Image "I don't mind Dewford, having the caves and ocean right outside is pretty cool. But, to answer your question, gym locations are usually chosen by the Pok?mon League, not the gym leaders."
