Uh... Gerschwinn, I guess. he certainly LOOKS more threatening.

Riza Hawkeye (Fullmetal Alchemist) or Temari (Naruto)?
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

((
Hawkeye. Alchemy>ninjutsu.
Can't argue with that, but it would certainly help if Hawkeye was an alchemist.))

Mr. Bean, of course. He's... Mr. Bean!

((Torchic isn't part fighting until it evolves into Combusken...))

Slakoth, probably. Even if it can only attack every other turn, Luvdisc is pretty pitiful.

All Fullmetal has to do is warp the ground, and the other Eds will think reality is broken again.

Bart Simpson would probably just get his dad out there and stupid Bartimaeus to death. So Bart.
