As the title says, here we discuss Guild wars stuff. If you have it, if you want it, that sort of thing.

I just want to say that factions=awesome.

That's for sure. I can't wait to get an assassin! So, what're your characters? I've got:

Keen Anor: Warrior/Elementist
High damage dealing sword master with some water spells to blind and slow opponents.
Has completed the main game but not all the titan quests.

Jessie Alaynia: Ranger/Necromancer
Relies on her pet to kill enemies then uses death magic to raise the dead enemies into a zombie army.
Currently in the Northern Shiverpeaks.

Linka Aslanian: Monk/Mesmer
Uses a mix of healing magic and domination magic (backfire and empathy mainly).
Currently in post searing Ascalon.

Is Guild Wars a fun game? I REALLY wanna know cause if it is, i am getting it.

Well, I probably wouldn't be playing it if it wasn't fun now would I? Anyway, like a lot of MMOs, it kinda depends what you're doing. There's not as much of a grind as most MMOs and it's great when you have a good party. Playing by yourself can get a bit dull at times though.

Revival!

Factions rules! Lots of nice little improvements and the starting area is much more fun than the one in the original GW. I'm currently running around there doing all the quests with my new assassin.

I'm pretty sure there aren't really any servers. It's all just one uber-crowded server.

My main guy is Deathdealer Fortuna, I also have Deathdealer Draco and a few others I can't remember since my internet is cut off at the moment.

Yep, Guild Wars doesn't have individual servers. If you do get the game you're more than welcome to join my guild, Guardians of Orca [ROM]. Just let me know what your character name is and I'll send you an invite. Oh, and I highly recommend GW Factions over the original GW because getting a new character started is much quicker and easier (of course having both is even better but even then I'd start a new character in Factions instead of the original Prophecies).

Anyway, my characters are... Keen Anor, Jessie Alaynia, Linka Aslanian, and Sakria Chang.

Well, Im on Guildwars now. My character is Galfura Iray (The names of my 2 best characters on WoW), he's a Mesmer, but going to be a Mesmer/Elementalist. I added Keen Anor to my friends list, apparently cant add any of the others to my list, so Im going to guess that just having him on the friends list means I have the rest of your characters?

Uh-huh. Once you have one character, all of the characters of that player are added. Add deathdealer Fortuna as well please.

Mesmers are the best classes. My best charcter is a mesmer elementalist.

Since my mom and I will be sharing this account, and it only has 4 characters, we'll have 2 characters each. I just dont know what I'd want to do as a second character. I'm thinking Assassin, but I dont know what I would was as a secondary.

And speaking of secondary, when do we get our secondary?

It's a quest you have to do before leaving ascalon. Talk to....gosh. The guy near the gate to the town, who's on the outside area (where you fight) I think it's.....Warmaster Grast?

You'll find the secondary profession quest easily enough considering you can't advance in the game without it. I think Stevenson has the guy's name right but I'm not positive... But I know that he's inside Ascalon City on top of the hill. Unless you're playing GW Factions, then it's someone else entirely.

So, now that you're playing GW, would you like to join Guardians of Orca (my guild)? Perks are: a cool cape, a guild hall (once you get far enough in the game to go there), and friendly players (none of which are idiots or jerks). It's a small guild so far but it's slowly growing. I'll send you an invite next time I'm on and you can accept or decline.
