ROM: Realm of Monsters

"You fools, that was just a warm up!" *The chosen laughed and sent out a giant wave of light, smashing into the group. Everyone hit the ground hard. Silver and David's monsters were KO'd instantlly and Electricutz could barely struggle to its feet.* "Now you'll die." *He shot another beam of light, this time at Solar Complex, completely healing it.*

"I'll stop this right here!" *Shauni staggered to her feet.* "Go Mutation" *That was all she got out before she was hit over the head and fell to the ground unconscious.*

"Jeff!?!" *Silver gasped.* "What the heck are you doing?!?"

"He's under my control now." *The chosen laughed.* "The only way to free him is by defeating me."

"Damn..." *Josiah spat blood on the ground, wishing he had an ice monster. Suddenly another vision flashed through his mind. No, it couldn't be possible, could it? Still, there was no options left.* "Electricutz..." *He stumbled towards the injured monster.* "Please, trust me... Together, we, can, do this.." *Barely hanging onto consciousness, Josiah thrust his hand into the air.* "Spirits head my call and join with me in my goal!" *A golden light surrounded him and Electricutz.* "Free the ancient powers and summon" *There was a brilliant flash and when it vanished both Josiah and Electricutz were gone and in there place stood...*

"Electric Ultimate!" *The new creature looked something like Josiah but his hair was long and electric yellow and yellow and white spiked fur covered his clothes, making it look like a cross between the human and spirit. Lightning crackled all around it as it hovered there.* "Omega Thunder!!!" *Lightning flew everywhere engulfing Solar Complex and completely obliterating it."

"No!!! A legendary attack!!! You can't be! It's impossible!" *The chosen's eyes went wide as he prepared an attack of his own.* "I'll kill you myself!"

"I don't think so." *Electric Ultimate's voice was calm as lightning continued to crackle around him.* "Your time is up."

Electricutz - 3/3 - Electric --> Multi Striker, Voltage, Electric Speed, Electric Heaven, Electricuter
Night Wing - 3/3 - Dark/Wind --> Shadow Bind, Shadow Shroud, Dark Strike, Dark Aura, Hurricane Gale
Mogal - 2/3 - Ground --> Root Strike, Leaf Rain, Upheaval, Rock Crusher, Quaker
Raystar - 2/3 - Light --> Shine, Sparkling Beam, Ray Striker, Light Power, Ultra Nova
Night Flame - 2/3 - Fire/Dark --> High Temp, Vicious Bite, Claws of Fire

"I can't fight it anymore, I'm a secondary character... heck, it looks like I'm the comic relief. But every secondary character has their day to shine, pun intended, just wait 'til I get my chance!"

"What about me? You'd think I'd get a chance too!"

"Yeah, we'll show them hero-types they need us more than we need them. Just not right now, did you see that thing?"

"It's kind of hard to miss..."

"Just wait 'til the next chosen shows up, we'll cream 'em!"

"This ends now." *Electric Ultimate dropped to all fours and charged the chosen, weaving back and forth so fast he was little more than a sparkling blue. The chosen frantically fired off attack after attack but was unable to land a single one.* "Electric Explosion Punch!!!" *Electric Ultimate slammed his first into the chosen, pouring billions of volts into his body.*

"NO!!!" *The light chosen exploded in a flash of light (what else).* 

*Jeff fell limply to the ground as light once again enveloped Electric Ultimate. When it faded Electricutz was returned to its card and Josiah also dropped to the ground unconscious.*

"Wow!" *Silver gasped.* "That was..."

"Save it for later." *David was over by Shauni.* "We need to make sure everyone is all right."

"Yeah, why is it everyone but us collapsed?" *He walked over to Josiah, and Toshi went over to Jeff*

"It looks like they'll be ok, but we should probably wait here until they to come to."

*A little later...*

*Shauni and Jeff wake up* "What happened?"

"The light chosen happened."

"What does that mean?"

"The chosen attacked you from behind. Then the chosen unleashed a devistating attack that wiped out most of our monsters. His next attack completely healed his monster."

"Then he took control of your body. While you were being controlled by the chosen you knocked out Shauni. *Shauni smacks Jeff in the head.* Josiah then pulled of some sort of freaky fusion with electricutz; after unleashing a legendary attack that is. "

"Next he unleashed a killer attack that destroyed his (the chosen's) monster. He finished off the chosen with an Electric Explosion Punch. Then Josiah collapsed after defusing with electricutz. Next we started complaining about being secondary characters and 10 minutes later you woke up."

"Hey. Don't worry about it. Secondary characters are still important. You may not be a main characters but without you we'd all be destroyed. We need you. Always remember that."

"Still, we don't get to kick chosen behind. Then again, I don't know if I want to fuse with Toshi... It's gotta be rough not having legs."

"Let's just wait for Josiah to wake up so we can get out of here..."

*Josiah wakes up* "That... was... AWESOME!!! DID YOU SEE THAT?!"

"Kinda hard to miss..."

"DUDE! I WAS LIKE..."

"Half Electricutz? I'm willing to bet this place has some digimon in it..."

"So.... What the hell was that?"

"It must be... er... um... I have no idea."

 <_< "Yeah right you TOTALLY have me fooled."

"Look I can't talk about it."

*All of a sudden a holographic figure appears. It's prince Amhal.*
"It's okay, Josiah. I think they can handle it."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"Alright. Guys... I am... the hero!"

"WHAT? But I thought I... the mountain... me... Shauni..."

"I know that your heart still aches, Jeff. When that happened, you saw Anna; not Shuani."

"So you're the hero. What does that make Jeff?"

"You can tell them if you want."

"No... I won't. They're not ready to know. They'll find out when it happens."

"I don't like secrets."

"You wouldn't like it if I told you either. It's the lesser of two evils."

*The illusion dissappears.*

"Well anyway let's head into the village."

*They can here a young man singing. The group sits down and listens to him.*

"...Later dudes!" *Runs ahead*

"Well, you're not in any hurry, right? Yeah, you and me Dave, we gotta stick together! Like Penut butter and Jelly, French and Fries!"

*Runs away*

*starts singing* "I'm all alone, there's no one here beside me... Aw whatever" *Catches up to everyone else*

*The group cured their monsters then began to look around the small town.* "Can we find an inn or something?" *Josiah was rubbing his forehead. The whole fusion episode had left his kinda light headed. Even now it felt more like a dream than reality.*

"But what about the Labyrinth Caves?"

"Yeah, we need to find someone who can give us directions there."

"I'm with Josiah on this." *Jeff yawned.* "It's getting late and my head huts."

"So does mine thanks to you."

"Hey, that wasn't my fualt!"

"We'd better just let them argue." *Josiah turned to the others.*

"Hey, there's an inn over there! Come on!" *Silver took the lead.*

Shauni was wprried about what the prince had said, but what worried her more was the thought that an NPC new his world was a game

She looked around at all the friends she had made, and began to reflect on what she had lost...
"Rikku...." she whispered

She began to look around and remebred what the prince had said about her quest for revenge coud kill a friend, and she would chose....

She look at all of them, each of them dear to her, she decided then, she would not lose any of them.

As her thoughts wondered she suddnly left a strange feeling, of disavo, she looked around and reilised that the path they walked was familiar to her

"Hay guys...I know this place..."
Jeff stopped first "What?"
she looked around even more
Her thoughts she spoke out load, in riddes as always

"The hacker?"
"What are you talking about?" asked Silver
Shauni acted as she had not heared him
"So the hacker placed it her...but to what end...is she doing this?"
"What is going on?" asked Josiah

Shauni ooked around her as if an answer to every confusion was found
"So, you wish to play god? And manipulate this word? You knew all aong of my birth...I am no accident...you made me as i am..."
"What!" yelled Jeff as he suck her
"What do you see?"
Shauni looked at him, her eyes like they were distent, but shye answered
"This world is not one but meny, so meny....the hacker....she..she wishes to play good, all this is stolen..she rights her plot but the others confuse it...it has taken on its whon life...she doesnt like it....."

"What the hel?" yeled silver

shauni suddenly came back to relality
"What was that?" asked Josiah again

Shauni breathd heavly

"I know now...why this world has so many spinters in its story, in its rules..."

"This world is not a gamr devloped by a company, well parts of it are."
"A hacker of unknown name worked on on a project, her own game...I dont know why, but she became frustrated with it...she decided to steal ideas from other projects, and so wrote a virus to colect the coding and bring it back, she would then change it to her needs, but something went wrong. She created the virus, me, in the process, and as I gathered data I mutated from my origanal code with the new data, and when I retreved the last set from the new RPG that let the player be a part of the game, this world took the form it is...
The game took on its on form, thus incorpeating all the stolen ideas, explaining our unansweed questions....that they wernt supposed to happen.
You guys, that was all my doing, the hacker had no idea what power I had now. The Organisation, and the Chosen.....
The organisation is HER attempt to clean her system, and the chosen where the orginal concept of the game.

You see, its why is all confused, we arnt characters at all, no hero or seconderys, where all in a game that doesnt know its own plot. In a game that is the fusion of others, one that takes plot from one that contracticts with another....."
"This world is a glitch......"
"Holy ******!" yellede Jeff
"This place here, it is from FF10, its the charm lands, and the palace from Prince of Persia."
"No wonder I have been feeling like ive been here before" followed Josiah
"Its like the glitch sitty in pokemon Red and Blue, it doent know what its trying to be, and there is no structer to it that makes sence.....but this time, there is a mixture of pots, some of witch my just finssh abublty, others that are the main storys. It explains why we suddnly have been given weapons, we need them in THIS game area....the classic RPG...."

(Some heavy sh*t here, but it hepls explain if you start a new story, plus its the angel im using in the comic,
The whole world is a glitch in a hackers game program.....)

"It's Seymour."

"Seymour?"

"Let's just say he's one of the toughest enemies in this game."

"There's no time to talk. Three of us have to fight. But who?"

"How can anythig physically stop us from battleing. " said shauni
"ahhh, but you just said" followed Jeff
"I just said the plot and areas are glitched, i dont think the battle element counts"

Jeff began to sulk
shauni smiled "You just wanna take down nansey boy with the claymore right? Then goo ahead, if anything goes wrong, we will be here"

Jeff perked up
"alright! Josiah, Silver! Lets go get em!"
Shauni sat down with her staff on stand by, David joined her
"This aint gunna be pritty...."
