Where do you get the funding to keep running Pokecenters? You don't charge trainers anything so how do you keep open?

Question for the dudes: Where didja buy them NV goggles, cheap-o-rama? I ask this simply because in my experience, an NV system exposed to bright light doesn't usually hurt a wearers eyes.

"We didn't buy them ourselves, we just got them from HQ. I have no idea where they buy their stuff from. The may even make it themselves for all I know. Unfortunately, our group's track record with all this related to lighting hasn't been very good."

In addition, you average police department only deals with ordinary crimes. Criminals that specialize in pok?mon use, especially groups such as Teams Aqua and Magma, are dealt with by special task forces of trainers organized by the Pok?mon League. Gym Leaders and their junior trainers handle most matters in their respective areas and if something is really serious a group such as The Elite Four may be called in."
