They are true Atma. And that forum just happns to be the guild in neopets. I have problems getting into PV a lot in Bruce County (Every computer but the schools! I swear! Computer that have never been to PV get the 404 page!) and Silver/Stevenson are the only way I can know what's going on. Right now these pokemon are just for EXP. As soon as one of the IPA's evolve (When I say so), you can start capturing the IPA's when I give you the IP ball

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
