I knew this question was going to come along. And I have an answer!
Since IP is two pokemon combined, IPA took it to the next step as you can see. Since IPA stirred in DNA colours, phsyical features, and even genders of course. Since Nidoran(??) is clearly a male, the DNA from the fire pokemon here was a female. Since the IPA were all godlike, they changed it so Nidoran(??) became (Insert It's new name).
Basically they're screwing around with nature :D

Um, Neo already claimed the Rata-whatchamacalit, and THAT RALTY IS SO MINE!
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
