The Ancient Egyptions might/could have had electricity. Archeologists have found a giant ancient battery the size of a vase and a heirogliphic showing people holding large items with snakes on them that had cords connected to them like cords from a battery.

Archeologists have found an ancient stainless steel hammerhead where the wooden handle had already rotted away. (Was atleast a few thousand years old)
