"A metal lizard?" Opal seemed to be lost in thoughts as the army approached. "I wonder...no, it would be impossible..." She mumbled as Celebifly looked quite scared looking at the army.
"Oh, Come on out!" She called out all of her monsters.

"I wasn't allowed to use him in the tournament, so now's as good a time as ever... Let's go, Manja!" Silver shouted, the giant god monster appearing from its card. Silver struggled onto the dark green dragon's back and they flew off in the direction Josiah had gone a few minutes ago. "Manja, Black Flames!" he shouted as they arrived, the god monster using its powerul dark/fire attack to wipe out a few of their bizarre lizard-like enemies. "So, what we miss?"

Jeff was kicking himself. His friends likely needed his help, and the way that Shauni had described the creatures attacking Vallhalo...

"Jeff? Shouldn't we be looking for some sort of transport?"

"Yeah... what do you think I was doing?"

"... Cause if you're about to give up, there's an unlicsenced speedboat down at the docks that security found onshore not long ago... and no one's claimed it."

Jeff looked to where Ibun was pointing. "Well... That's convienient."

The two made their way to the docks... only to find the speedboat was in dire need of repair for the engine.

"This just gets better..." Jeff hissed.

"JEFF!"

The young general looked up to see David running down the docks.

"David? What---?"

"Look. Vallhalo is my home. We need to get there quick." David whipped out Armageddon's and Fallen Angel's cards, "And it looks like you need a tow."

Jeff nodded as got he and Ibun each got a rope ready and fastened to the boat while David summoned his monsters. The two realeased creatures caught the ends of the two ropes that Jeff and Ibun tossed and in a heartbeat, the group sped off toward Vallhalo....

Shauni remained unmoved on the island.
She spoke loudly, seeking the guardian
"Guardian father....tell me...if I go to this battle...will I be a help or a hindrance...what if my dark side takes over and I go into a blind fury...it...it has happened before..>"
She lent forward and burred her face into her lap "Do I have the right to help anyone anymore..."

Elder Codo, Yomikko and Emiel looked on in confusion
"Shauni child...you must go an help...and who are you talking to?"
"Guardian father?"

Neo quicky Summoned Queen Ice Bird from it's card. Shimering in it's beauty Neo grabed Tsuekasa's hand, jumped on and pulled her up. "Ok Queen, lets fly off to Vallhalo! Metalmorph, you can fly there :)"

"Gee thanks."

Soon they were at Vallhalo. Neo could see Josiah, Opal, and Silver already battleing. "You ready Metalmorph and Tsuekasa?"

"Ready!"

"You want me to fight too?"

"Yes you are a guardian for the village. I trust your fighting skills, even if you are the secound defence. You trained me and look how well I tured out."

"Alright, I'll fight."

(this will be fun doing two diffrent trainers and all those comands)

Neo Summoned the rest of his monsters and Tsuekasa summoned her 3 monsters from their cards.

"Errr Metal. 2 of my monster's attacks won't do much and they are weak anyway to metal. O well. Perfect Storm use Omega Thunder! Queen Ice Bird use Sheet of Ice! Hot Wire use Power of Thor! (eathspliter would of been bad for the town as it would of moved into it) Metalmorph morph into Death Glider and use Negablast! Fenix Flame mode and use Liquidfy! Kuiia use Hyper Beam! Raquezez use Neo Distortion!"

"Mystical Shining Ball use Dark Purge! Soul of Purity and Light use Heavenly Spear! Bubble use Hydro Cannon!"

Queen Ice Bird seemed to react quicky causing a sheet of ice to cover a decent amount of ground causing many of the army to slip and fall then some of the attacks finished the ones that fell off. The Dark Purge for some reason was having a decent affect on the monsters due to the fact that the attack was light in nature. Metalmoph's new form was also quite effective aginst the army. Liquidfy was pretty much melting the metal off the monsters causing large damage. The others monsters were doing a fair job as well but the army was big and even with Neo's and Tsuekasa's monsters they were making only small progress.

"Damn!" *Josiah, as Rainbow Ultima, surveyed the battle field. The gamers were doing well but there were more lizards than he had first thought.* "How the heck did they get so many enemies here without someone noticing?!?"

*He dropped almost to the ground, raised his twin swords, and flew forward at tremendous speed, slicing through a score of the lizards before rising back into the air. So far they had managed to keep the attacking army out of Vahallo but that wouldn't last. If nothing changed, the gamers would win, he was sure of that, but not before Vahallo had taken significant damage.*

"I need to slow them down or reduce their numbers a lot more..." *Josiah took a deep breath.* "Well, this isn't a move I like to use but I can't think of any other way to keep the lizards out of Vahallo... Everyone," *he yelled as he flew towards his friends,* "get back, quick!!!"

*Seeing their enemies retreat, the monsters advanced in a massive group.*

"Fools." *Rainbow Ultima began to glow so brightly it was as if the sun had risen in the middle of the night.* "Omega Crash!!!" *He shot towards the ground, power sill building, and impacted in the center of the army. The resulting explosion was almost blinding, enveloping a full half of the monsters and send others flying from the aftershock.*

*Bruised and battered, Josiah and Virgo staggered out of the center of the newly created crater. The attack hadn't stopped the army, not completely, but it had destroyed enough of it that the gamers had a much better chance of protecting the city while they fought.* "Ow..." *Josiah looked at his cards. Omega Crash was powerful but the recoil damage was immense. Most of his monsters had been KO'd and the others had taken heavy damage. Before the next wave of lizards could reach him, Josiah summoned Myhtril Dragon and he and Virgo jumped on and quickly rose high above the tumult as the other gamers resumed the battle.*

((There's still plenty of lizards left to fight so keep killing them. Josiah and Virgo are pretty weak after Omega Crash so they'll be hanging towards the back unless someone shows up who can heal them. Naturally, there'll have to be a boss sooner or later...))

The crowd backed away as a ghostly form appeared next to the weeping Shauni.

"Go... Go, Daughter of Hellfire... Let not your ailment stop you from aiding your friends..."

And he faded away.

Codo clutched his heart for a moment... could it be possible?

"Shauni, dear child!" Codo pleaded, "You heard the spirit! HURRY! Your friends need you!"

Jeff leaped off the boat and scrambled up the cliffside with his handgun drawn, as Ibun leapt deftly alongside the Gamer.

Both were used to seeing warzones, and this was no exception.

Ibun lead the charge, slicing away at the metal lizards, while Jeff was firing bullets with a dead aim as cover for the anthrocat.

It was not long before David flew up on Armegeddon's back and joined in the fray... Fallen Angel swooping in with it's attack.

And the Guardian watched though the blade of the Archangel, wishing he could be there to help them...

"All right, troops! Let's finish them off! CHARGE!" Silver called from Manja's back. "Heh heh, I've always wanted to say that..." he added before Manja charged back into the swarm of lizards with an Omega Inferno Attack. When Josiah instructed them to retreat, Silver took the opportunity to let the rest of his monsters out of their cards. Since Manja flew back ito the fray, the others followed; Tashi stayed back and summoned a Metoer, Kojie charged in with a Light Razor, Ummie caused acidic rain to pour on the enemies, Hueni's Metal Crush managed to wipe out a few of the reptiles, as did Reckeleck's Stray Bolts; Frozen Taranchula hung back and used Omega Blizzard, Nessie's Freezing Torrent created stationary targets for other gamers, Arco Iris's Legionnare terminated quite a few of the lizard-like creatures, and Ejerion's Dark Gale eliminated quite a few as well.

Celebifly flew back and saw the tired Virgo. "Biii!" Celebifly flew around her as a bell chimed, using heal bell. <<You should be good now.>> Celebifly smiled as a lizard used an attack on Celebifly's back. Celebifly rammed into thr ground, badly hurt.

"CELEBIFLY!" Opal yelled as she ran towards her hurt monster, but a huge foot stepped infront of her. Opal looked up to see a 20 foot tall metal lizard. She was paralyzed looking at the creature, as if she knew it.
"I-I-I-I...." She stuttered.

"Nice to meet you again Opal." The creature sneered.

"....Protoption..." Is all what Opal could say."

Shauni headed straight towards the battle field.

Yomikko, Elder Codo and Emiel followed quickly after her on winged beasts.

As she touched down her eyes flickered back to white at the sight of the large, metallic lizard facing of against Opal.

She charged towards it, drawing Gen Ren and Riki Maru from there sealed holsters. The dark aura consumed the air and was thick like smog.

Here eyes flickered black, a black darker than any it had been before.

The blades hungered for blood and Shauni bound blindly at the leader of the army...

"Errr, they keep coming. There seems to be no end." Neo's rage was building and his arua darkening. Then he was told to pull back abit, almost making him more angrey. Then after Josiah had done his attack the gamers moved back in. Perfect Storm had already been ko'd due to being weak to metal attacks but his God Monster was still strong. It would take alot to to take him out.

Opal dropped to her knees. "It's impossible! I created you!" She cried as the war raged on.

"Just because you created me doesn't mean I didn't have to get coded into Orca. With all my memory of you too." He smirked, looking down at Opal. He turned his head and saw Shauni jump at it.

Opal also saw Shauni. "Shauni, no!" Opal cried. Protoption was stronger than anyone except Silver would think.

Shauni heard Opal's peels for her to stop but her eyes were black with rage.
She struck the daggers forward, but Protoption swung its tail around and deflected the daggers.
Shauni was thrown back from the rebound, but instead of falling to the ground her fiery wings burst from her back to right herself, and she landed back on her feet.
She began to run forward again, in another head on charge again
"She knows no fear like that..." Elder Codo commented as he watched her display as he and the rest of the NPC made land
"She will keep fighting until she dies..."
Protoption countered this time by thrusting his clawed hand towards the charging women.
Shauni jumped, evading the attack, and plunged the cursed daggers again and again into Protoption are in an unrelenting attack.
Protoption roared in agony as dark miasma (poison clouds) where pumped into his flesh, but his own blood was acid, and as Shauni struck again and again she became covered in acid.
She ignored it for a long while, and Protoption has to rip her of him with his jaws.
He threw her to the floor...where she remained unmoving as the acid bit away at her.
If she where a normal human she would be dead but Shauni's flesh was of a different kind since she had merged with Unisha.

Protoption, thinking her finally overcome charged towards her, with the intent to crush her with his foot. As he lowered his leg towards her Shauni suddenly burst into action and slashed his ankle with the daggers,

She moved away, her eyes hollow and a fiendish grin on her face
"You want to take me on one on one you'd better get series."

Opal watched in disbelief. how could Shauni live through this? Protoption took all summer to defeat!
"Shauni! I know his weakness!" Opal finally yelled. "It may be the same of what I gave him which isnot wind but-" She was cut off Protoption smacked her with his tail.

"Silence! You might of defeated me when you were in control, but thanks for HellFire, I can finally defeat you!" He sneered, going back to Shauni. "I'm just warming up." He lunged his two hands for a double slice.

*Weakened after using Omega Crash, Josiah and Virgo were staying on the fringes of the battle, picking off the monsters that tried to break away from the main group.*

*Suddenly, Virgo's eyes widened.* "Oh no..."

"What's wrong?" *Josiah, who was still riding on Mythril Dragon, had just taken down a lizard monster with Air Gun.*

"Shauni is here... But her aura, it's dark again..."

*Josiah gulped. This wasn't good. In her evil state she was completely unpredictable. If Shauni decided to turn on the gamers in the midst of the battle the results would be devastating, especially since, of the group, only he and Virgo knew the full details of her condition, no one else would even consider the possibility that she might attack them.* "Lead the way!"

*Virgo took off, flying towards Shauni's aura, with Josiah right behind her. As they drew closer they come across an unexpected site. Shauni was not alone, Opal was there as well, as was a large monster that Josiah had never seen before.*

"We have to help them!" *He quickly took in the situation. In his condition, going head to head against the powerful looking monster would be risky but the metalic lizard didn't look like it could fly so at very least he could help out from the air.* "Virgo, use Shadows of Heaven!"
