Alternate Realm of Monsters:Secret of th Guardians

((Moving along...))

The group walked through the forest for a little while, passing by several monsters but ignoring them. "Here's the Shrine... just put your cards there. It not only purifies them so they'll listen to you in battle, but it fully restores their health. There are shrines scattered all around the region." The shrine itself was an ancient stone platform with all kinds of bizarre markings on it and an indentation that was clearly meant to hold up to ten cards at a time, but it seemed more recently a building was put up around it to protect the relic. If the weather or a wild monster happened to destroy the shine, its mystical properties would be difficult to restore.

Each member of the group placed their card in an indentation, a green light glowing around them inicating their purification. "Yo, does that mean we can, like, use our dudes now, dawg?"

"...Yes... they should listen to you in battle. It might be a good idea to go catch at least one more before we leave the area, but it's your choice now that you each have one."

*Kilth shrugged and walked into the forest. He looked around and scratched his head. He leaped forward as a plant bit his hiney.*

"Ah! Stupid plant! Come Skelm!"

*Kilth held up the Card as Skelm flew from the card. It stood there and growled softly at the plant. The plant was a hobbit-sized maneater. Kilth looked at the card.*

"Ooh... ooh... Use the Haunting Spirits thingy!"

*Skelm started to walk toward the plant. It spread its arms out and released spirits at the Plant. The spirits danced around the plant, distracting and scaring the plant.*

"Uh... now use that Dark Sword thing!"

*Skelm spun around and sliced the Plant as it was still distracted. Kilth pulled out an extra card and threw it at the Plant. The plant flew into the card. Kilth went over and picked it up, doing a wierd... little victory jig...*

Plaik - 1 / 3 - Plant - Leaf Whip, Poison Sting, Seed Cannon

*Kilth went up to the Shrine and placed his new card on the Shrine, purifying it.*

YEE-HAW!

*Does the Jig again*

"Fine" said Spirn walking into the forest.

Just 2 minutes later a small Glowing orb floated out of the forest. "I got this" said Spirn sending out Ananke. "Go! use Sonic Wing" said Spirn, the bird let out a pulse of air at the orb. The orb was hit but didn't show any sign of weakening. "enough of this" said Spirn as he hit the orb of light and the light went out. Spirn threw the card and caught it "Now to go back and purify it"

Tim looked around for a while, eventually noticing a small, blue bird sitting in a tree. "Word! This one's mine! Use, like, Torch Tackle, yo!" Time released his Puppy who became consumed in flames, then charged at the tree. The strike to the trunk caused the tree to shake a bit, the bird falling to the ground. "Now Flaming Scratch!" Flames sprouted from the puppy's paw as he swiped them at the bird, knocking it back. The bird was about to fight back, but Tim threw his card and captured it before that could happen.

Satashi went near a pool and looked at his reflection.A shadow in the water was seen and a turtle popped out picking for a fight.

"Little Fireball!"Satashi screemed summoning it.The turltle withdrew in its shell and spinned rapidly toward Little Fireball.Little Fireball shook it off.

"Little Flame!"A small fireball came towards the turtle and striked it.The turtle attempted to do a water attack from its mouth but missed Little Fireball barely.

"Fire Wave!"A straight line of fire stunned the turtle for a while and Satashi caught him with his card.

Defense Tortle-1/3-Water/Ground-Aqua Cannon,Shellfense,Withdrawel Spin,Straightquake.

(( Don't feel that way... All you need to do is write a lttle description of your character, [age, gender, looks, likes, etc...] and write a post of her interacting with the existing characters...))

(( I would also reccomend learning how to use the font colors. It makes it easier to tell who is talking while writing an RP post ))

Ezekiel waited at the shrine for the remaining boys to return with their new creatures. Sensing another presence, Ezekiel gripped the shaft of his spear... and reached for his battle deck...

Name: Louanne Diaz (Yes, Silver, I'm using Louanne again. XD)
Age: 14
Appearance: Average height. Waist-length clean blonde hair. Green eyes. Wears dark blue pants that end halfway down the calf and a dark blue shirt with long sleeves. Dark blue shoes go slightly above the ankle and reveal the toes and heel. Keeps hair out of face with dark blue headband. Has small pouch carrying shuriken strapped to her right leg and a bag around the waist for kunai. Two long scabbards on her back carry her katana. (Whee...she's wearing Naruto-style clothing...oO)
Personality: Very outgoing, but gets serious when in battle, when she gains an almost brutal outlook. Capable of making friends with practically everyone and prefers monsters with wings.

From the foilage on Ezekiel's right emerged a girl. She had a katana in one hand, looking wary. Her other hand was at the bag around her waist, tense. She looked around cautiously before relaxing the hand near her bag. However, she did not sheath her katana."Who are you?" she asked Ezekiel. "I never saw you around here..."

"Who be you, miss?"

"I am Louanne Diaz. What are you doing at this shrine?"

"I assume you have met Master Koda, Lady Louanne?"

"I have. He gave me my weapons...

"Then you should be aware that I am teaching a few foreigners the laws of the land, my lady..." Ezekiel's eyes fell on the katana she held, "One with so many blades must be a lady of great skill and talent... Care to join us?"

"You have beast charms and cards, sir... I do not..."

"I will provide them and show you where to find more. I can safely assume you know the ways of this land we live in..."

Louanne looked at the other boy, curious. "Do you think I can? I only figured out yesterday how to throw a shuriken properly to get it to spin just right and perfected my kunai use this morning. The only thing I seem to be good with is my katana."

"I'm Louanne... but I don't believe I got any of your names."

"I'm Ezekiel, then there's Kilth and Tim... and Satashi and Spirn are over there."

((Ok, I made sprites of my monsters... cookie to anyone who can figure out the base sprites.))

*Satashi pufified/healed his monsters while listeneng to everything(Or if you can't fugure it out,the above post.)*

"Don't worry about it."Satashi said as he turned around. "Catching monsters here ain't too hard in this area...at least according to Ezekial."

((Quick flashback to that Level 2 monster Simeon caught.))
