Tilly looks at Silver and says, calmly, "Nope, 'fraid not."

[Stevenson]

Also, in Time Warp, Cheez jumps up and down in rage, and his hat fires a ball of ice at Josiah!

[Josiah]

Josiah sidesteps and brings up his gunblade to parry, just in case he can't move fast enough. Since it doesn't look like he's going to be getting time to actually investigate the watch, he attempts to crush it in his other hand instead.

[Silver]

"Aw, man. Maybe you've got some sort of relay, then? A telepathic link, maybe? Paging Ned and Penelope! Paging Ned and Penelope! Your presence is requested at the front desk! ...Nothing? Well, guess I'll just keep searching then..." Silver silently wondered if his chickens had always been able to talk; he remembered conversing with them often, but had always assumed he was just losing his mind. Then again, that was entirely possible in this situation as well. May as well enjoy the company, right? "So, uh... how have you been, Tilly? Did things work out between you and Ned?"

[Stevenson]

The watch withstands Josiah's crushing attempts. The ball of ice bounces off the inside of the barrier and explodes in a freezing explosion!

Tilly looks nonplussed, insofar as a chicken can. "He was only interested in one thing."

Saber, if she were paying attention, could hear a distinct clucking sound.

[Josiah]

Knowing he couldn't evade the explosion inside an enclosed space, Josiah backed against the wall and held his gunblade in front of himself defensively, weathering the blast.

"Heh, I used to live in the mountains, remember? You're going to have to make it a lot colder than that to stop me!"

He hurls the watch to the floor and brings his gunblade down on it with all the force he can muster.

[Stevenson]

As the watch breaks, everybody feels very strange.

You all stumble in to a mostly featureless room with only one door, and an electronic readout above it, reading 000004.

[Josiah]

((Does it look like everything reset again, or is this different than before?))

[Stevenson]

It's the same.

[Josiah]

"Aw man..." Josiah groaned. "I really thought destroying the watch would work... Maybe we need to do something with it instead. Or defeat Poik... Any ideas, guys?"

"Hm. Well, what was our original set of choices?" Mandi asked, rhetorically. "One, say or do something to end the loop. Two, destroy the clocks. Three, take out the clones." She held up one finger for each option, paused, then retracted two of them. "We can't seem to destroy the clocks, and attacking the clones didn't work. And Josiah has a point, the clocks go faster when the clones get mad. Perhaps we should...I dunno. What's the opposite of being mad? Happy? Make them laugh? And what's that calendar thing that they're looking at?"

[Stevenson]

You all hear Indigo's voice. "It would seem I can no longer maintain a gate to the Time Warp area. Perhaps removing the corrupting influence will allow you to return."

[Josiah]

"Well, we attacked the clones but we didn't actually defeat them. Anyway, let's head back in. I'll check out the calendar, you can try and cheer them up if you want." Josiah opened the door.
