Hi! My grandma is coming to Colorado today and will be here for the next couple of weeks (till around when I leave).

I saw Dark Knight Rises yesterday. Not the best movie in the trilogy, but still very good.

I sounds like you made the right move turning down that offer, Josiah. From the sound of it, that schedule would have been pretty hectic.
Haven't seen the Dark Knight Rises yet, but hopefully I'll see it soon...I have a feeling I'll probably not see it until it's on DVD though. In all honesty I never really get around to going to the movies :P

Been working a lot recently. And when I'm not working I've been drawing. It's funny, when I first got back I didn't even want to look at a piece of paper. Now I spend almost all my free time with my tablet. Only recently did I realize I hadn't really been talking to anyone at all

In other news we found a kitten at work, on the steps of the pavilion. My boss named it Jetty because it was the same color as the rocks, and it's incredibly adorable. That's the most interesting thing that's happened in a month and a half.

Moi,

Wow, I woke up at a reasonable hour today! I feel as though I have accomplished something.

So, yesterday was quite a lot of fun. Some friends and I hung out at another friends house to have a little get-together (by 'little', I mean there were only four people there, including myself). There was pizza, lots of soda, and the entire time, we played You Don't Know Jack. I did okay, ending up in 2nd place most of the time. We got quite a few 'Wrong Answer of the Game's with some of the prizes including a suitcase suit and squirrel breast implants...yeah.

So, quite a lot of laughs were had and there were fun times overall...even though it was slightly awkward being the only female there, but still.

Stay radical people. Peace off!

Hi! It's my last week of vacation, though between some work for my dad and Aurora's Nightmare I don't think I'll be doing too much relaxing. But hey, next week I've got staff meetings, hot muggy weather, and tons of class prep to look forward to. -.-

Konni- I mean, ohayou.

Entering the final week at my school. Everything is a chaotic mess of rushing final projects. I'm losing a lot of sleep. But on a completely unrelated and rather awesome note, I just found out that two members of Linkin Park (Shinoda and Hahn) attended my college in the graphics design major. As a result I will spend the rest of today listening exclusively to their music. Because I like it and because it helps keep me awake.

Speaking of Linkin Park, my sister just introduced me to their newest album, Living Things. I'm liking it a lot; so far my favorite song is probably Lost in the Echo.

I will poof out again now and resume dying to art projects.

Oh man, it's already August?

...What? It's been August for a week? No, you're pulling my leg. That can't be right...

Where's my summer gone?! Come back, summer! Come back!
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Moi,

I know what you're talking 'bout Silver. My summer has pretty much consisted of me infront of my computer with occasional breaks to go outside on nice nights and look at the stars. I've wasted yet another summer away...though I still have another month before school starts up. Hopefully that'll be long enough for me to finish Dante's Inferno (I've been reading this for no real reason other then the fact that it's starting to get interesting).

Hi! You know, I have a free movie ticket that expires in a couple of days, but it's one of those ones that can't be used on anything new (or in 3D). Which narrows my choices down to Ice Age 4, Step Up, and The Watch. Actually, I suppose I could see Spiderman or Dark Knight Rises again, but there's so much work I want to get done...

Moi,

So, I just got back from a tooth filling (yes, I got one tiny cavity on my very back tooth), and I feel a bit more like a man!...Uh, wo-man today! The reason being that I got the tooth filled and did not need nitrous oxide (a.k.a.: laughing gas). Yes, of course I still got Novocain, but no need for nitrous oxide. Yay for being brave!

Half of my mouth is still numb though...and I'm afraid that if I eat or drink anything, I will either bite myself or it'll just fall out of my mouth. So, uh...yay for numbness.

Dang, I haven't posted here in a while.

Erm, I mean- 'Lo, peeps! I recently finished three weeks of Summer school, which got me the last credit I needed to graduate! And it only took me an extra year. Yaaaaay...

Anyways, like most other people here I will be attending college this upcoming fall. I'll be taking Business - Accounting due to me being slightly autistic and therefore good with numbers. I'm all registered, got a laptop, paid the necessary fees and everything. And I can get directly to the college by taking a bus that stops at the end of my street! Ain't that just neatorific?

Oh yeah, and there may be another NHL lockout this year. Booo!

Moi,

So, my dad and I went to our local supermarket. We found some gummis that were really cheap, so we bought them (I guess they weren't selling well, and I cannot see why). They are in the shapes of various kinds of jet fighters. I have never been more happy about getting candy since I was six or seven and I got some old Pez dispensers in the shape of Star Wars characters.

Yeah, that's all I wanted to say. Maybe I'll post a picture or two so that somebody that knows more about planes and such could tell me what they are.

Hi! I'm finally ahead enough in my course work that I can spend some time playing games, working on Aurora's Nightmare (planning to put a lot of time into that over the weekend), and the like. It's nice to have things calming down a little. Now if it would just stop raining every single day so I can get that leaky window fixed... Nothing new to report otherwise since I've pretty much just been working full time. The Japanese language tables that I hang out at at University of Florida start up today, and it'll be nice to spend time with some people away from work, but that's about it.

Didn't know anything at all about this "Expendables 2" movie that just came out. Walked in on the ending credits to sweep.
>Sylvester Stallone
Ok, they got a decent actor to play the lead character, that's always cool...
>Dolph Lundgren, Jet Li
Huh, they went all out on this movie's casting. Not bad.
>Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger

hi guysa!

I haevn't been on the forums in a whikle! And now I'm in college which is really really cool. I should post more often because I like it here and stuffffffff. but it's fridahy night (Saturday morning, actually) so I might have had a littel bit of fun before I posted here... and wow it's been even longer than I thought since I've last posted. Dunno why, just kinda got distracted, but now that I remember I'll totally probably be back on more often. And it's nice to see I was nominated for a forum award even though I wasn't aroundn!

But yeah I'm in Cornell which is super fun (even though I've onkly been here a week, so I realy can't talk yet) and I've had some calsses and I'm in marching band (which is the reason my grammar and spelling is a bit funny... had a tiny little bit of a fun time there but I'm allowed to since I never did during high school so it's okay don't worry I diddn;t do anything stupid except for killing spelling and grammar).

But yeah! you guys are coo lnd and and I miss you all and hopefully you don't toss me aside as a raving lunatic because it's kind of past 2 AM here and I should be slepeing and no killing spelling and grammar! So.... hopefully I;ll post again at a more sane hour..... g'night@\!

Next day edit: Oh dear. I really had fun with that post, didn't I? I mean, I remember even being aware of the errors and stuff (I mean, I make errors when I type normally, except normally I have the drive to fix them). But, yeah, in all honesty, I'll try to post more and stuff! Kind of disappeared for most of the summer!
