Round 4: The Village of Shadows

Chris crept around to the side as quietly as he could and threw another rock, hitting a tree branch with a loud crack.


Team 2 (Takeru, Todd, Capperoff, Kako)
((Unless you specifically need Takeru to do something, it can just be assumed that he's following your group around, you don't have to say it each time.))
Capperoff heard something moving and tried to follow the sound but had a difficult time doing so. A moment later, another loud crack rang out, this time from a different location. Todd, who had been watching the mystery figure, was the only one to see the cause of the noise, a stone thrown by the stranger.

((Wow, I feel really stupid, I just read the rest of the posts...))
"Crap! I've been spotted!" Chris thought as he tried to hide behind a tree. "Wait... was.. was that Kako I heard earlier? And... Tod?" Chris thought to himself, he must have been so engrossed in trying no to be caught.
"Hello?" Chris literally 'threw' his voice to sound as if he were 15 feet to his left.

"Hey the person sounds familiar." I say to no one in particular. I try to remember where I've herd the voice but can't. I cup hands around mouth to make voice louder. "Hello! Are you friend or foe?! Were from a t.v show called Portal Panic!"

D.G. remained viligent as he guarded the visiter center, waiting patently for his companion to come back out. "She's been in there a while now... maybe I should check on her?"

[Josiah]

((Actually D.G., Sira and Kaida left the center together a while ago to go on a tour of the waterways beneath the village. Seeing as your character was standing out there the entire time, we can say that he met them on the way out and went along with them. Or, if you prefer, we can say that he missed them somehow and is still hanging around outside the center. Take your pick.))

(Yeah, I figured that they had forgotten about me and went on ahead. Anyway, how about I just continue from the visitor center?)

((That's fine. Go ahead and post whatever you want to do.))

((Oh... I kinda figured that most people could do that >.<' Nevermind))
"Crap! I've been spotted!" Chris thought as he tried to hide behind a tree. "Wait... was.. was that Kako I heard earlier? And... Tod?" Chris thought to himself, he must have been so engrossed in trying no to be caught... or he was being tricked. He tried to quietly creep behind a large tree so that he couldn't be seen.
"Hello? This is Chris."

Seeing as his companion was nowhere to be found D.G. decided to head to the village park by himself.

((How did you find out about the park? I need to figure out if you know where it is and how to get there.))

(I read about it in a book a few pages back (page 44 I think) and decided to check it out, although I'm pretty sure I don't know where it is. If I can't find it on my own then I'll just ask someone for directions.)

((Oh yeah, that book. In that case, you have a general idea of where it is.))

Leaving the fountain circle, D.G. headed Northwest, hoping to find the park he'd read about. He soon found himself in the middle of what appeared to be a residential area.
((Are you going to pay a lot of attention to your surroundings or just rush through until you find the park?))

"Chris? We know a Chris." I look around but still don't see anyone. "Chris is that you!" I yell. "Where are you we can't see you!"
