It's not fair that Silver and Saber were the only ones who got to make fools of themselves. I want in on it! So I mentioned that I came up with a bunch of song parodies that could go in a PV musical. Well, before I end KOTF and lock all these threads, I decided to write out all the lyrics to one of them and give it a try.
I was probably a bit too ambitious here. Trying to sing for three different characters in a single song wasn't easy and even though I ended up breaking it up into multiple audio tracks (10 of them!) which I later combined in a single track. It threw me off key in a few spots. Not to mention that while Brendan is more or less my normal voice, I'm not great at doing high pitched stuff so neither May or the trainer kid sounds all that great... That last part where everyone is singing at once could really use some retakes for some of the lines... But anyway, I present A Guy's Gotta Do (or The Random Trainer Song) (to the tune of A Man's Gotta Do from Dr. Horrible). And here's the lyrics.
