Artemis used her labrador retriever senses to pick up Terra's words. Changing her voicebox to that of a dog, she gave a yip back. Hey Terra. Then, just for fun, she grew out her tail, which began to wag back and forth.

"Yo did y'all read what's on the paper yet?" Metalloid points at the newspaper he picked up off the table. (You can view it in my post made before Sira's.)

EILOS made no reply to either of Metalloid or Plasmoid's greetings, completely ignoring the latter's abrupt entrance. Instead, she leaned back in her chair and fiddled a little with a thin lock of her hair with one hand, her eyes fixed on a point where the walls joined the ceiling. Finally, when the newspaper was brought up, she deigned to speak. "I've read it." Arching one eyebrow, she added, "though I don't think I'd care for whatever changes von Frump plans to bring. Trouble follows wherever he goes."

[Blue Fire Cyndaquil]

"Unshaken as always, EILOS. How's your brother?"Plasmoid did not really care, and slightly enjoyed the fact that EILOS didn't either. "Still, Von Frump can be beaten. Eventually. If we try. Moving on.... I've noticed I'm the youngest one here."

"Age matters little when there is experience," Vuyn said, "one would hope there is enough to make up for your youth."
Vuyn reached for the newspaper and dragged it into his line of sight.
"A man like von Frump has too much power, politically and financially. Naturally, he is a danger."

[Josiah]

The Numismatist sighed. "I stopped Frump once and I'll stop him again if I have to. Though it would certainly be nice if he actually did decide to turn over a new leaf... But, now that most of us are here, it's time to get down to the matter at hand. If you'll all look at the report on your screens, the computer has discoverd that the world renowned physicist Dr. Herbet Barnsworth is going to be secretly presenting the results of his latest research to a select group of researchers approximately six hours from now at Central University. While the subject of the research is unknown, the computer has detected a lot of scrambed conversations between major criminal factions which make reference to the meeting. We don't know the details or how they found out about the meeting. But it's highly likely that whatever it is Dr. Barnsworth is working on, some key players in the city's underworld want it. Naturally, it's out job to make sure that they don't get it. Any thoughts?"

And so begins...The Super Leagues Episode 1: The Physicist's Discovery

"Considering its the underground I'm not surprised they found out." Fauna said looking over the report. "However it doesn't matter how they found out, the fact is they did. And they seem know more about this then we do." She continued leaning back in her chair.
"Six hours doesn't give us much time to prepare, so whatever we do we'll have to move quickly. Do we have stigmatics on the university?" She said typing on her keyboard and looking over the Universities buildings.
"It seems we'll all need to be using coms in this operation. I can set up a network of animals around the university to help warn us of any movement. Also if possible it would be best for at least two of us to be present at this presentation, I would recommend Artemis as one of them seeing as she can understand animals if we need to send them a message in case there's a problem with the coms."

[Blue Fire Cyndaquil]

"Listen, I think we should head over there and protect him. Be sure he's not kidnapped. At the same time we spy, and be sure he's not doing anything illegal. It would be a good idea to be there if the underground might be." Plasmoid was leaning against the wall as he spoke, not caring for the chairs.

[Metalheadz]

"Numa, my man. Fauna is right on some point. If six hours is all we got, then we'll do it. Ain't no criminal gonna mess with Doc Herbert." Metalloid enters the University's website, and somehow he's able to check the surveillance cameras around the campus. "It seems as though the bodyguards are on the job with protecting the Doc. The perimeter of the campus is very vulnerable, though, which I can handle pretty well." Metalloid stands up from his seat and pulls out his guitar.

"As a student, I can easily move without gathering suspicion. Assign me a task, I will carry it out," Vuyn said. "Campus security won't be expecting underground criminals to be making an appearance. I can survey the building in which the presentation will be taking place."

At Plasmoid's question, EILOS's lips formed the barest hint of a smile. A moment later, the black-haired youth was in her place. "I'm fine, seeing as you asked," he told his fellow superhero casually. He then reverted to his female form and folded her hands on the table in front of her. "I have nothing else to do with my time, aside from wander the streets waiting for trouble anyway. I'll also go to the university." She paused, tapping her index finger against her knuckles. "Considering what I can do, I think I'd best be posted outside, perhaps as additional surveillance. Being indoors would make it more annoying to maneuver when I start going fast."

(That sentence in the middle where I suddenly switched gender pronouns...was very odd...)

[Blue Fire Cyndaquil]

"I could probably be there, claiming to visit a friend. Of course, since I would need someone to visit to avoid drawing attention, I figure visiting Vuyn could work, and my glasses would detect any supers I see, so I would know if part of the Vile League of Villains attended."

I'd be up for the job if need be. Artemis said to the group.

Wears a old phantom of the opera mask that covers whole face. Has long scar going up right arm from wrist to elbow from the night her parents died.

Personality: Kind hearted but shy away from people.

Powers: Power of suggestion. Meaning can make you feel a certain way or mess with memories. Like lady on the movie "Push".

Origin Story: Kako was a mute as a child at the age of 7 her parents took her to see a doctor sense there was no reason she couldn't talk. The doctor offer to try a new machine out on her that may help her talk. Her parents refused as it may injury her badly. As they left it rained and the car crashed killing both her parents. The doctor adopted her and used her as a test subject inteal she turned 12. During a transport to a new office building the van transporting her crash into a tree cause her to escape. Now living alone in the city.

"Unfortunately, as the meeting itself is a secret invitation only event, I don't think we can place anyone in the meeting room itself." The Numismatist paused for a moment, considering. "Unless perhaps Artemis can sneak in early and transform into something small enough to remain hidden. Those of you who can move around the university in your civilian identities without arousing suspicion should position yourselves near likely entry points for the building. The rest of us will maintain a hidden patrol around the outskirts of the area." he indicated a few spots on the schematics, which had appeared on the computer screen. We can use Fauna animals to stay in contact." he rose. "Now, if there is nothing else, I suggest we move quickly."

Meanwhile, in a different location...

"And why, praytell, should I care about this little operation of yours?" The Furier lounged back on a long fur lined sofa as she sipped from a glass of wine. "I understand that having a woman of my obvious charms would make it easy to get this professor alone and ungarded. But really, have you become so paranoid that you can't even capture one ordinary man by yourself?" she laughed as the view screen infront of her, eliciting a dark scowl from the person on the other end of the line. "Yes, yes," she held up a hand, forstalling any arguement. "He has that rather dangerous device you want to get your hands on and you don't want it damaged or, even worse, turned on you. Still, it seems like there are plenty of other ways this could be done without ruining what has, up until now, been a rather pleasant evening for me." She sighed and drained the last of her wine. "Still, I suppose the details of plan don't really matter. This is your operation, afterall. But really, what's in it for me? I have no interest in that toy you're after. A disintegration ray or some such, was it? Completely worthless in my line of work. My clients want their cargo intact, you see. And before you ask, I have no need of money or promises of alliances or some such. But..." she straightened up. "With your conections, I suppose there is something you could do for me..."
