Re: The Super Leagues
I made Slayer Blacklord my 2nd archenemy. Think of Spiderman, whom fans can't decide whether Venom or the Green Goblin is his archenemy. That alright?
Edit:: It was Eclectric's idea. I just need Josiah's permission.

Re: The Super Leagues
Mind taking this (and other related discussions) to the OOC, guys? It's getting kinda spammy. ._.
Guess I'll take Ryuuko's villain. I thought up an interesting idea last night that would work more for a villain that for a hero.
Villain Name: Prinletty
Real Name: Agana Nidawi (dunno the nationality of this either?)
Text Color: Maroon
Age: 25
Appearance: Long, slightly curled black hair tied up in twin ponytails, deep blue eyes. At all times, she wears a low-cut, strapless dress with three layers of knee-length skirts, in colors of dark red, white, and violet. A garland around her hips (sporting similarly colored flowers) trails pairs of knotted thongs slightly longer than the skirt, equally spaced. She also wears long white gloves that cover the arms up to the shoulder, white stockings, and black buckled shoes. When not pressed for time, she likes to wear makeup, especially dark lipstick.
Personality: Haughty, condescending of just about everyone, including her allies. Confident in her own ability, and delights in picking on people weaker than her. Dislikes anything normal, typical, or boring.
Powers: When taking physical damage that results in bloodshed, tasting her own blood gives her temporary invincibility to whatever kind of attack that caused the injury. The invincibility only lasts until the wound heals, which isn't as long as it should because her blood also has mild healing properties. The healing and invincibility properties only apply to herself (meaning she can't use other people's blood, and they can't use hers).
Origin Story: Agana used to be an average schoolteacher who was fascinated with the idea of breaking away from the norm. Unfortunately, this fantasy became reality when she got into a car accident with a pickup truck, which was carrying a cargo of flowers unknowingly irrigated with radiation-tainted water. She was stabbed in several locations by their unusually stiff stems and sent to the hospital. Several days later, she got a papercut while handling paperwork at her job. Reflexively, she stuck the cut into her mouth, then realized it sealed itself within minutes. A few more cases of this accelerated healing later, she figured out what she could now do, and promptly abandoned her post as a teacher. She now spends her time defacing various aspects of what she believes to be "unnecessarily monotonous," which usually involves attacking office buildings.
Gizmos/Gadgets: A violet parasol with white lace edges. It doubles as a sword (the blade's hidden in the shaft, which she pulls out via the handle).
Arch Enemy: Vuyn

((Time to get this thing started. As a reminder, I think it will work best in little adventures as opposed to one long story. And, as there's lots of little adventures, the heroes don't always have to win since there's always next time.))
A young man ran out the service station, a plastic bag clutched tightly in his hands. However, he had barely made it twenty feet before he tripped and fell, crashing painfully into the sidewalk. A silver dollar rolled past his head and down the road towards a shadowy man in a suit.
"What's the rush?" he bent down to pick up the coin as it rolled past. "You seem awfully eager to get somewhere. Or perhaps, get away from somewhere." he began casually flipping the coin into the air as he talked. "I know that bag is full of money, money which doesn't belong to you. I suggest you return it now, before it decides to return itself."
"Shut up!" the robber staggered to his feet and pulled out a gun. "Get out of the way now or you're dead!!!"
The other man sighed. "I suppose you insist that money is yours to take. Well I'm araid it's not." He stepped forward, prompting the wide eyed robber to pull the trigger. A trace of a smile strole across the man's face as the coin he had been flipping suddenly flew to the side, blocking the bullet which fell harmlessly to the ground. With a snap of hin fingers, the coin shot forward, striking the hapless criminal in the foreheard and knocking him over. A momet later, a stack of bills wriggled itself free from his bag and flew back towards the convenience store.
"Perhaps that will teach you that money is meant to be earned, not stolen." feeling a vibration on his wrist, he raised an arm and glanced at his watch. "It appears the league has need of me. I'll leave you to them." he gestured down the road where a pair of squad cars were approaching in response to the store's silent alarm. Turning away, The Numismatist strolled off into the night.

Re: The Super Leagues
Fauna looked up into the tall tree. The branches started reaching out at 4 metres from the ground and continued going upwards for another 3, it's green leaves were dark against the night sky. On one of the lower thicker branches she could see the swish of a ginger tail and glow of green eyes. She looked down at the little girl clutching her mothers hand next to her. "What was you're name hon?"
"Nancy" The little girl replied. "Can you come Gorgia down?" she asked looking at Fauna.
"Of course I can Nancy, just wait." Fauna said once again looking up. 'Hello Gorgia, may I ask why you're up there so late, Nancy's mighty worried about you' She said to the cat.
The cat turned her head and looked down at her, "Why should I do that, that dog will be there when I go back."
"Dog?"
"Yess, he'll be their, they adore him but he always waits till they aren't watching. I've had enough, I'm not coming down till he's gone."
"Really now, well then." Fauna thought for a moment, she could make Gorgia come down, but that wouldn't solve the problem. She looked at Nancy who was gazing up at her cat. "Tell me Nancy do you have a dog by any chance?"
Nancy looked up at her mother who nodded and then back at Fauna. "Yes that's Spot in the window there" she said pointing to a window in their house where there was a dalmation with its nose pressed up against the window.
"Did he chase Gorgia up the tree?"
"Yes it happens all the time, but she normally comes down on her own, particularly for dinner. She always sleeps on my bed with me too."
"It seems Gorgia doesn't appreciate being chased, do you think you can bring Spot out here for a moment."
"Okay" She said not really understanding, but she went inside and brought Spot out on a leach. "Sit Spot" She told him and he sat down looking around at everything.
"Hello Spot, my names Fauna, Gorgia up there tells me you chase her all the time." Fauna said kneeling down in front of Spot getting his attention.
"Yes, she's a cat, that's what cats are for." Spot replied.
"Really, who decided that?"
"Cat's are dogs enemies that's the way its always been."
"Oh, I didn't know that, Terra here loves cats don't you."
"Sure I do, great conversationalists, and they can easily get the dog food off the top shelf for you." Terra said moving forwards to sit next to Fauna.
"Really they can do that?"
"Sure how do you think Gorgia got up the tree? So how about you to try and be friends, I'm sure having an extra meal every now and then would be much better then chasing a cat around wouldn't it" Fauna suggested.
"Can you really get food down from that shelf?" Spot asked Gorgia.
"Of course I can, why do you think they keep my food in the fridge and buy those annoying tins."
"If I stop chasing you will you get some for me?"
"I'm sure I can arrange that."
"Now that's a start isn't it, I'm sure you'll find each other quite likable once you start working together, now Gorgia will you come down?" Fauna said looking up at gorgia. For a moment it seemed like she wasn't going to but then she got up and made her way down dropping the last metre to the ground. Fauna stood up, went over and picked her up. "You have really beautiful fur you know." She said stroking the cat walking over to spot and nancy. Kneeling down to Nancy's height she looked at the three. "So do you think you two can get along together?"
"We'll give it a try" Gorgia said looking at spot cautiously.
"You know nancy these two aren't just your pets, their your friends. If you care for them and love them, they'll love and care you for you in return." Fauna said handing Gorgia over to the little girl. "Terra here's even saved my life a few times." "Really?!" Nancy said her eye's widening as she looked at Fauna.
"Really really, now you three take care, and if there's anymore problems, just gimme a call, and I'll be here as soon as I can."
"How do I do that?"
"Just tell any animal you see and ask them to pass on the message, and I'll get it." She said standing up, just as her watch began vibrating. It looks like the league needs me, she thought "Let's go Terra"
"Right." And with that Fauna quickly returned to her car with Terra jumping into the passengers seat. "This is the first time in awhile they've called me in, I wonder what its about."
"Nancy" The little girl replied. "Can you come Gorgia down?" she asked looking at Fauna.

As The Numismatist took down the criminal, Slayer Blacklord watched undetected by monitoring the security camera footage of the bank. The secret room he was in had a checkerboard of small monitors on the wall, each of which was tracking a particular hero or villain.
Hmm, I wonder what this summon could be about.
Slayer turned off this monitors' screens as he exited, off to follow The Numismatist in the shadows, and from a distance.

Re: The Super Leagues
The five of them were arranged in various strategic locations around the building. They were in a bank, a small one of an obscure branch, and very obviously they were up to no good. One of the men looked at the short row of terrified tellers hiding behind their counter and snorted derisively. "Cowards," he grumbled.
"Hey boss." A skinny woman with frizzy brown hair under a bandanna called his attention over to the window. "There's some girl walking toward us."
"You serious?" Another man, heavyset, peered out. "With the police surrounding us from every side?"
"Why'd they even let her past?" A lanky blond adolescent twirled his handgun carelessly, watching the hostage bank employees.
"Who knows." The last member of their group maintained his guard on the far wall, a lit cigarette between his lips. "She armed?"
"Nope," reported the fat one. "Not bad looking, either."
Their leader cracked his knuckles. "If she wants to come in, then let her in," he ordered. "Another hostage wouldn't hurt. You three, continue keeping an eye out for the cops. You." He beckoned to the adolescent. "With me." They dispersed, assuming casual positions around the room.
The door opened. In walked a silver-haired young woman, head held high, expression serene. She walked forward, letting the door swing shut behind her, and paused in the center of the room, looking around her. Her features didn't show the slightest hint of alarm or confusion or, really, anything at all.
"Hey there, missy," the leader hailed her from where he leaned against the bank counter. He had a pistol pointed at the newcomer. "I'm afraid this bank's closed at the moment, but as long as you don't mess around with us, we can keep you company." The blond adolescent sidled behind her, his gun at the ready. The girl didn't respond, so the leader walked over to her. Taking her by the chin with his free hand, he tilted her face up to meet his. "What do ya say?"
One moment, he was looking into her deep violet, calm, unafraid eyes.
The next moment, he was dangling upside-down in the air. His gun tore itself out of his grip and flew across the room, striking the cigarette man in the back of the head and sending him instantly to the ground. The bandanna girl shrieked, the fat man dropped his weapon, and the blond adolescent uttered a colorful oath.
The young woman had disappeared. In her place, wearing the exact same clothing and standing in the exact same way, was a black-haired young man, his crimson eyes very slightly amused.
"Still interested?" he asked.
Minutes later, the five were handcuffed and stowed safely in the back of a patrol car. Without exception, they were trembling and gibbering about magical hermaphrodites. EILOS nodded to the policemen as they thanked him, then walked off. The League was calling.

Re: The Super Leagues
Tonight, at precisely 8:00 PM, was held a concert by the biggest Grammy-award winning rock band, the Resistance. The band players included lead guitarist Dante Roberts, drummer Josh Kite, bassist Jimmy Howe, and lead singer Hilary May. However, little did they know the world-famous band, at this night, would come across their deadliest moment, but in return comes the secret of the lead guitarist...
"EVERYBODY, ON THE GROUND!!" Two shots fire out in the middle of the song. The thousands in the crowd were all frightened, some attempted to leave the building while others knelt on the ground in mercy. Dante, however, could see there were four men armed with magnums and immediately he left the stage.
"Whoa, dude. Where the hell are you going?! We can't the leave the stage like this, let the security deal with it." Josh yelled.
"Desperate times call for desperate measures, my man." Dante hides behind the curtain for a second, and suddenly a blinding light stops everybody in the crowd and the band. Moments later, one of the gunmen had been tied to an unknown energy chain to the wall.
"Holy sh**!!" Hilary places her hands over her mouth.
Two other gunmen feel a burn to their leg all of a sudden, as other simple witnessed a large spark had fried a part of their feet.
"I've had enough! What the hell is going on?!" The last gunmen shoots in the air three times randomly to find who was up to all this. "Show yourself you ****** coward! Who the hell are you?!"
"Call me Metalloid, punk..." Were the last words he heard before a random cinderblock to the head knocked him unconcious.
From the top of the whole stadium, emerged a black man with sunglasses and a cape riding a guitar. He looked exactly like Dante in a way, yet nobody, not even his band seemed to notice.

Re: The Super Leagues
With his head hunched over and his hands in his pockets, Christopher Blank walked down the street. He seemed to be totally disinterested with everything going on around him, but in truth he was paying attention to even the slightest details. There was always a lot going on in a city, it was quite difficult to notice everything, but it was necessary to notice the important things. Out of the corner of his eyes, Christopher noticed a rather affluent-looking woman step into an alleyway. Chris' yellow eyes narrowed, and he nonchalantly followed. Keeping his distance, he walked quietly behind her.
Just as he suspected, walking down an alleyway was a little too dangerous for a woman of such wealth.
Two men leapt from the shadows behind an old dumpster. Before the woman could scream, one man quiclly placed his hand over her mouth. "Shhhh, no need to worry, missy," he said, his voice taunting. "We ain't gonna hurt ya, we just want your goodies. Don't resist, and you'll be fine."
Regardless, the woman gave one of the men a swift kick to the shins. With a small gasp of pain, he stumbled backwards, grabing the dumpster for support. A shock of electricity coarsed through his body, and he yelped again. "What the hell was that?" he demanded of no one in particular.
From behind the dumpster stepped a figure dressed in black with a golden, lightning-bolt shaped sash. His eyes were masked by a pair of sunglasses, but they seemed to be boring into the two men. "Who th' hell are you?" the man holding the woman shouted. Instead of a response, Electron charged forward with incredible speed, slamming into the man who had just spoke. A shock of electricity coarsed through his body, and he fell to the ground with a scream of pain.
"Hey!" barked the other man. He threw a punch at Electron, but Electron jumped several feet in the air with the use of the gizmos at his side, coming down to strike the man in the face with his foot. He was knocked out. When he turned around, the other man was holding a gun.
Moving with surprising speed, one of Electron's hands flew to his side and he turned a small nob. An instant later, a small bolt of lighting flew from his fingertips, striking the robber square in the chest. Before he could even shout out in pain, he collapsed to the ground.
"No need to worry," Electron said calmly to the woman. "The bolt was only strong enough to knock him out, nothing fatal." With that, he turned and walked away without waiting for so much as a "thank you."
He felt a vibration at his wrist. Looks like it's time to go to the Leauge...

May the Triforce be with you.

Re: The Super Leagues
((FYI: I'll get the main plot rolling for our first adventure when all the heroes arrive at the league. In future adventures though, we can take turns coming up with a plot or just adlib.))
The Numismatist was the first to arrive at league headquarters (a large hidden underground complex). Taking his usual seat at the table in the main meeting room. He tapped a few keys on the keyboard in front of him and began to read the report that appeared on the nearest monitor.

Hilary and Josh run up to the mysterious hero. All the audience applause and cheer for they're saved and nobody was hurt.
"Who... are you?" Hilary asks.
"Like I said, call me Metalloid." Metalloid's bluetooth begins ringing. "Now time to check out with the others." He hops on his guitar hoverboard and floats up in the air for a few seconds, and soonafter, he flies outside at mach speeds with the crowd still cheering.
"I gotta get that dude's autograph..." Josh faints.

Re: The Super Leagues
Fauna arrived at the Leagues headquarters, feeling a little giddy. She waited at the entrance while Terra whipped her paws on the mat before heading to the main meeting room. There was only one other member there at the moment, still being fairly new to the league Fauna hadn't met everyone yet. It took her a second to recall his name The Numismatist, that was it, she thought as Terra walked over to him, sat on her haunches and yipped. Fauna walked over shrugging her shoulders. "Good evening, mind if we sit here, it seems Terra's decided where we sit" She said placing a hand on Terra's head.

Slayer roosted on top of a building from which he could see the exit to the Hero HQ, crouching so that the building's shadow hid his presence. He monitored the interior with a building with what appeared to be some sort of Ipod.
