Unfortunately, they start fighting, and you have no where to escape from it due to the small size of the capsule.

Unfortunately, you get sucked into a black hole which causes time to reset to when your were Your Pancreas's prisoner (back before the loss of your legs and before any other body parts become sentient). This would almost be good...except for the whole prisoner thing.
