Heso! I laughed so freaking hard when I read about why God Hates Israel. You know, home of his "chosen people" and all that? It's like they never even read the Bible.
But I lol'd. I lol'd HARD.
But I lol'd. I lol'd HARD.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Now, I know that doesn't sound long, but I was going at an average speed of 14mph....and a good part of it was up hill...But I can't help but bike fast in this weather! (62 degrees, early in the morning, not much cloud cover) Ah-Hahahahaha-*cough! cough coguh*...water...

Konbanwa.
Well, I'm bored, no one's online for the majority of the time I'm awake, I'm not particularly in the mood to draw, and I can't play my online games.
So what do I do?
I reread and caught up on ROM and am working on rereading/catching up to PV. Since I hit a time period a few years ago where I suddenly stopped reading my webcomics. ._.
My head. Is. Spinning. @_@
It's all good stuff, yes, but 1000+ strips in one day is taking its toll (and I'm not even done yet...)

Hi! I really want to believe that site is a joke... It sounds more than the rantings of a drunk internet troll than anything else but there are definately some Christians like that. Not many, thankfully.

Some Christians give us a bad name, all I'll say. Has anybody heard of Landover Baptist Church? It's a false Christian website who hates on politics, non-Christian religions (and even claims Catholics aren't Christians), and society in general. "Pastor" Deacon Fred Smith is really supposed to be a dick named Chris Harper who claims to be a Deacon, but is really a fundamentalist Christian supporter.
So yeah, what Doodle found was obviously a troll website. Just ignore it, God doesn't hate the world and us real Christians know it.

Hey.
No, the sad thing is, there are actually some people that do believe all that crap. Sad, but true.
Played D&D with mah buds today! The only thing that gets on my nerves is that I'm the one who's read the book the most, so I have to explain a lot to everyone, and even stuff to my dad (the DM). It just gets on my nerves a bit... but, other than that, lots of fun!
Went back-to-school shopping today... *shudder*
BACK TO HOMEWORK YAY. Nearly done with AP US -- just two paragraphs left in my 8 paragraph essay, so I'm not worried about finishing that for Wednesday (though I am worried about the huge test we're having on Wedneday about all the reading we did over the summer >.< ). Only kind of worried about AP Physics B because I have to copy over all my work into legible order (I did them all in a random order and sloppily) and I still have a few problems I can't solve... none in the heat expansion section, though, finished that one... WAAAAAAAAAAAH HAAAALP

So I never heard of this "Westboro Baptist Church" before, and decided to look into them a bit...
...I find it really sad that such people exist, in such a big number too... It makes me really sad that people can interpret the bible like that.
I don't know if I'm one to speak, since I follow no religion, but I'm pretty sure the bible was never intended to be used as a mass hate weapon like how these guys interpret it.

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hi! Whether you're religious or not, the Bible is worth reading. Lots of good life lessons plus it's inspired so much throughout history. Like anything though, you can twist it a bit and pull things out of context to support whatever you happen to be trying to prove (as long as you're willing to ignore some other parts of it and make some leaps of logic).
Speaking of a completely different book, I finished the first draft of my textbook! That's probably 80% - 90% of the work done!
An in other news, I'm off to PA tomorrow. A few weeks too late for Otakon, unfortunately, but I can still go to the Amazing Maize Maze (by myself, probably) and Hershey Park (with some relatives, hopefully) while I'm there. I'll probably have good internet access while I'm there (not 100% sure though), but chances are I'll be on at different times of the day and I might be pretty busy some days.

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hey.
Never read the Bible cover to cover or anything, but I've read... well, I can't even say a bunch, there's a LOT of Bible... uhm... I read a kid's Bible cover to cover several times, though! Okay, yeah, doesn't count for anything... but still. Whenever we do Bible trivia in youth group, I'm one of the kids who knows their Bible better. Definitely a lot of good lessons in there, and, of course, people can twist words to their own selfish needs... but you can do that with anything.
IF ANYONE HERE CAN ANSWER THIS QUESTION I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER LIKE SERIOUSLY NONE OF MY FRIENDS CAN FIGURE IT OUT AND IT'S DUE TOMORROW
A solid cylinder is radiating power. It has a length that is ten times its radius. It is cut into a number of smaller cylidners, each of which has the same length. Each small cylinder has the same temperature as the original cylinder. The total radiant power emitted by the pieces is twice that emitted by the original cylinder. How many smaller cylinders are there?
Equations from the chapter:
Q = (kA(deltaT)t)/L where Q = heat, k = thermal conductivity of the material (different for every substance and this substance is unknown soyeah), deltaT = change in Kelvin temperature, t = time, L = Length, and A = surface area of a cross sectional area of the bar.
Radiation equation:
Q = e(sigma)(T^4)At where Q = heat, e = emissivity of the substance, T^4 = the 4th power of the Kelvin temp, A = surface area of a cross sectional section of the bar, t = time in seconds, and sigma = the Stefan-Boltzmann constant which is 5.76 x 10^(-8).
I will give you some award if you solve this for me. Seriously. Can't think of it now, but there's a reward. I'll sprite you something (But you're willing to do that for free.. SHUT UP YOU!). If you can't solve it, no big deal, neither can I. Please, if you canz, I needs halp :(
I have the answer, it's 12, but I have no idea how to get there...

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
I would probably need Sparknotes or something similar to get through the Bible. I mean, I know some of it's really interesting, and if someone told it to me verbally I'd have no problem but... Let's just say I read Genesis 1 and the only thing I got from that was "STOP USING AND." (Every single sentence except two started with "and." It totally drove me nuts.)
I'm guessing not every version of that chapter has this total overuse of "and," but the version I read did. It kinda looked like this, actually.
Yeah, when I'm that distracted by just the phrasing, I don't get much from reading the Bible. I never got past that first chapter. ._.
Konbanwa. In other news, I've developed an almost-phobia of mosquitoes whining next to my ear. I completely freak out and start flailing around with my arms whenever it happens. ._.

Hi.
Okay, I just need to let this out:
Why In The Name Of Cytoplasm Are There No Pokemon Maniacs In Any Of the New Pokemon Games?!?!
...Okay, I'm better now...but really, after Emrald, FireRed, and LeafGreen, there were no more Pokemon Maniacs...There were pokemon collecters, but no Maniacs....Back when I played Pokemon Yellow a lot, I was pretty much in love with every single Pokemon Maniac. (What? I was, like....8.) They were so awsome, with their funny poses...and their weird costumes...And Their Over-Use Of Slowpokes! ^w^ Man...I really miss them...I hope sometime in the future, The Pokemon Maniacs will come back! With even more crazyness, weird costumes and hairstyles, funny poses, and Slowpokes!

Hi! Yeah, some versions of the Bible are certainly better than others. I like the New Kings James myself, but there's tons of different ones out there.
I made to to PA! Glad I brought the GPS. Sure having little curvey roads everywhere is quaint and all, but it's a whole lot easier to find your way around in the mid-west, where most towns and cities' roads are based on a grid.
