I'd be interested. It'd be important to make sure that the whole partnet dynamic is still in effect though, since you need two people to fight noise.

And Gar, I'll let Sira answer your question but, regardless of what she says, you NEED to play TWEWY, it's one of the best games on the DS.

Yeah, that was the one thing I was debating about, Josiah, seeing as someone might randomly disappear. I guess people could play both partners if they wanted to.

Since it's in a different setting, Gar, there wouldn't be any spoilers or anything, so I guess as long as you've got an understanding of the game's mechanics I think you'll be fine.

That aside, I agree with Josiah. If you own a DS, you have to play TWEWY.

Ideally it'd be nice to have to real people as partners since otherwise it seems likely that your mostly be RPing solo... If they leave you could always NPC them or say they got erased or something and find a new partner. I'm also curious as to how you'd handle the time limit. Would you be sticking to the seven day structure or did you have something else in mind?

Yeah that was kinda what I was hoping people would do.

I was going to do the seven day structure like in the original game, and set time limits for each daily task. But the in-game time will be different from real life, like 24 hours in-game might be three months or so. Depending on how active everyone is. I thought it might also encourage people to post more if there was a time limit .

We really need to consider starting a new Bleach RP. It was one of my favorite RPs, and I had the most fun with it out of any of the other RPs here. I may start one if no one else does, and if I do it, it'll probably be terrible...

Well, Artemis DID create a second Bleach RP, but she's not in a condition to RP right now. I think the people who had decided to join that RP are willing to wait, since no one else had suggested making a new RP. Also, only four people, excluding Artemis, had joined her RP. If you make a new one, it'll probably those four people again. Probably fewer, since Aquanta and BFC haven't been posting lately.

Hers just seems too complex, which is why I didn't sign up for it in the first place. I would make it more like the first one if anything.

I would honestly prefer having a setting more like Artemis', where none of the canonical characters existed. I've never been much at ease with controlling characters I didn't create, and worry too much about whether I'm portraying them correctly. It really gets in the way of the overall roleplaying experience, in my opinion.

I have a new idea for an RP, 'Within Hiragon', I hope everyone likes this one!
Here is the story that I've come up with:
While waking in the forest surrounding your summer getaway cabin, you notice a very strange orb. You headed back to your cabin immediate and upon closer examination, you notice that it has a small, but full, world map of a strange world of sorts, one that you know for certain is not on Earth, or any other known planet out there. The object is about three and a half inches in diameter and seems to indicate vast land masses and oceans, stunning valleys and mountains and amazing jungles and deserts. At the top is a small button that caught your attention, but have yet to push it to find out what it actually does. The bottom, however, depicts a landmass that you determine is the size equivalent of Russia, approximately, and appears to be one of the polar caps, most obviously the southern one; A very strange animal is placed in the very center of that landmass; It has 2 sets of legs, but no elongated back side, such as a horse; There are two 'main' legs coming out very similar to a humans, although, about 1/2 way down the upper part of the leg (above the knee cap), another leg branches off from each of the two 'main' legs. The arms, however, are very similar to a humans. The head is shaped like an oval vertically placed on the creatures neck. The eyes are diamond shaped, vertical as well as the pupils. The mouth is a line about half the width of the eye and is centered in the very middle of the head; There doesn't appear to be any nose or ears indicated in the picture. The orb shaped object is bronze colored and when sat on a perfect level surface will roll so that the image is facing the table and the head of the animal faces perfectly north. The landmasses are also slightly risen off of the globe compared to the seas and oceans. You also have notice it depicts were the jungles, mountains and deserts are.
I can't put my entire idea on here because that would spoil the plot and stuff, but here is a small spoiler:
It's gonna take you to another universe/galaxy with many, many other worlds! *Gasp!* Big surprise there >> (Oh, yea, you can travel to other planets in this RP, but it might not be for awhile, still gotta work through the other parts of it first... The one on the globe is the one you will go to first.)

Please post telling me if you'd like to join it or not! If you need more info about it, I might be able to get a bit more, but please consider it! I want... say... 6 people to want to join before I make a thread since it's a one-person RP (meaning that you don't see the other players.)
Suggestions on a better name would be highly appreciated!

Anyway, the premise kinda reminds me of Treasure Planet, which was a movie I enjoyed. I might join, if I'm back from China by then and have a character handy to enter (trying not to invent any more new ones, because I already have a literal miniature army of them >>' ).

And, I have seen that movie, I loved it, true, the idea for the color of the globe came from that movie, but that's pretty much it, the rest is not related to any movie I've seen.

Oh, does it look any better? I fixed up most of the grammar, re-wrote most of the wording and fixed all the misspellings.
The grammar was cause I was half asleep when I wrote it (like most of my other work, I usually correct it latter the next day, I just forgot here), the spelling was cause I was one, half asleep, but mostly because I typed it in a text document, which unfortunately lacks a spell checker, and pasted it in here. So yea... Plus, if it were "Half a decade ago" I'd have been 9 (and a half).
