Italy... French aren't too good at war...

Elphaba or Glinda?

If Glinda were a Pokemon, her attacks would be...

Charm
Attract
Captivate
Covet

And Elphaba would have...

Thunderbolt
Fury Swipes
Torment
Fly

So Elphaba. Glinda's pretty useless.

Legendary birds or Legendary dogs?
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

For the birds we've got Ice/Flying, Electric/Flying, and Fire/Flying. The dogs are Electric, Water, and Fire. Chances are the dogs would would since none of them are weak against flying attacks while the birds are all weak to either electric or ice.

The legendary dogs or the three legendary emotion sprites (from Diamond/Pearl)?

Silver, I love you. That just made my week.

Dogs. The emotion sprites... they were just... weak.

All Italy can do is make Pasta. Germany, of course.

Germany has never been able to take Russa before due to its size and harsh winters so I doubt it could now either.

Well, a swimming pool can't exactly lose, so I guess the only thing that could happen would be for it to win by drowning.

A dinosaur or an evil, animated tree?
