Heres another picture. 
I got this from a step by step book theres 4 of them i think in our school library but sadly the other 3 where checked out. Right now i'm working on drawing some top sercet stuff.

Oooh! Great drawing! Only thing wrong that catches my attention is his eyes aren't looking in the same direction, or at least it looks that way. They'll kind going left and right, not crossed but out to the sides a bit. Other than that it's fantastic. ^^

The shading on the left side of his face (his left, our right) looks a bit off too. You've got one really bight spot one a large area that looks darker than it should. But yeah, not too bad overall. You're definately improving.

Thanks both of you. I'm glad I'm geting better. Like I said I'm in a drawy mood lately. I have a few more that I plan to scan I just coulden't fit them all on a onece but I'll scan them here in just a minite. If you've seen them before then this means that there finsh now. I don't want to dubble post again so here are two more pictures the girl one is one I did before I got that drawing book and the other one is the first one I did with the drawing book.
