Hi! I'm in New Zealand, where Christmas is in the summer (southern hemisphere or not, calling December summer is just weird) and internet access is extremely expensive, at least in this hotel. So I unfortunately can't stay on long. Hopefully some of my future hotels will have free (or at least reasonably priced internet). But, if you want to know what I've been up to, I'll be updating PV with the first couple days of my travelogue shortly.

To quickly comment on a few other posts...

Yes, The Princess & the Frog is pretty good. I'm glad Disney is going back to their traditional style.

No snow in Phoenix (big surprise there :eyeroll: ) or New Zealand but they'll probably be a lot when I get back to Colorado.

I'm never gotten a vaccine. I generally don't see the point (especially with H1N1). Besides, if you're unlucky the vacine itself can actually make you sick seeing as its basically just a weak version of the virus itself.

Hellou!

Guess what? I have a book report to do over winter break! Guess what else? I've been doing it for the wrong bloody book! How nice! The confusion started when the teacher gave us a sample of the book we're reading, not the one we were supposed to do the report on. Of course, since I already have trouble keeping up with the assignments in that class, I went on my merry way and started to plan and plan. How did I remember that this wasn't the right book? Well, I remember my teacher not showing us the entire thing because she said it would spoil some of the book, and I just remembered that I wasn't supposed to finish the book over winter vacation. Rather, I was to leave 5 chapters unread! Being me, I naturally read through the entire 40 pages or so of text and forgot that everyone else still had 5 chapters to go! So, now I have to do a book report on the other book which, in my opinion, is much harder to do than the one I was originaly writing!

Oh, what a joyful holiday season this is! [/sarcasm]

Hey.

IT'S CHRISTMAS BREAK YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!

Christmas is in two days! However... this has probably been the worst pre-Christmas ever. Due to all my friend issues and just overall teenage angst, I haven't really been as cheery. I was cheery today... then we had a DI meeting and my friend was being an idiot and it just sucked the life outta me. Oh well.

Hockey game tonight. Hopefully, I get to play.... got to play last game, for one whole shift! *gasp* T'was exciting.

Question. Would you rather have a little prick in your arms for just a few seconds, or feel miserable for days and you want to die? I'd take my chances with the vaccine, if I were you, if at least the seasonal one.

Merry Christmas Eve!

Gonna get my hair cut today... >.> . Way to be... Mom... get me a hair appointment... on Christmas Eve.... whyy?

Well, anyway, then I'll maybe do some of my stupid over-vacation homework. After that... Christmas Eve service! Yay! I iz playing the piano. We're doing our own version of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra song Christmas Canon Rock/Christmas Canon, whichever you prefer. They're basically the same, just one has a woman singing and the other had a boy choir. Then we read... how could I forget the name!?!?! AGH! We read it every year!!!!

I... can't remember!! Uh... uh.... I'll get back to you on that one....

Then... CHRISTMAS! I finished my project for my sister... well, gotta do some finishing touches, then burn it to a DVD, then wrap it, then put it under the tree for tomorrow ^^. <3 Christmas.

Hey Saber, if you're still looking for a funny song, try Jingle Cats. One of my classmates was playing a song by them yesterday in school. It's basically cats meowing to the tune of Christmas songs. He played Silent Night, and it was hilarious.
