Fortunately, because it is only one point in time and does not last forever, the moment soon passes and is no more, though the memories of the incident still remain, but you are fortunately able to push them into the deep dark depths of your mind never to be brought out again, at least hopefully. Now that it is passed you are able to do as you please, or at least are physically able to do, and enjoy your new eyes which you regenerated after a bird pecked them out due to the extreme randomness of your life which has followed you for the last few years and you don't know why it has.
